    the chef definitely knows about "Teppan"! it was impressing that the chef made a beautiful egg roll from the leftover egg of sukiyaki styled beef roll.

    Just finished eating at this place tonight - Amazing! Their egg/wagyu dish brought a tear to my eye cause it was so good. Service was also really good and warming. You can tell they really care :) 11/10 will come again next time I am in town

    The close-ups are annoying and unnecessary in my opinion. Would rather see the overall experience.

    I will never understand why people are drinking freezing cold beer. Your tast buds taste nothing whens the beer is so cold.

      my mother who used to be traveling all over the world told me that when she made the first trip for Europe, her guid told her not to ask cold beer BECAUSE the process of making beer is different from Japan. there are more than 60 kinds of different beers in the world. Each beer has a different taste and aroma, and the temperature at which it is best suited for drinking is also different.
      maybe you should try Japanese "kirin" or "Sapporo" beer which are "rager", and you would understand the difference of Japanese beer and Japanese culture about beer from what you have there.

    sorry, i simply don't believe cattle or pigs can be fed enough olives (very expensive) to make a difference that a person could taste :( Also, chickens and cattle don't naturally eat olives ...
