Ma'am u r awesome.....i mean u didn't waste any time talking rubbish....the video was short and the concept was strong....thanks for this topic....mujhe sbb clear aur acche se smjh aaya thankyou.
Yes u r right
Histones are not positively charged because DNA is negatively charged and opposite charges attract. Histones are positively charged because they contain a very high amount of positively charged amino acids such as lysines and arginines. These amino acids are positively charged because they are basic in nature. Due to this reason, histones are called a set of positively charged basic proteins. And because of the opposite charges, they are tightly packed.
Yes brother I also agree with you
Ma'am you told this very logically ❤❤. Me ise yad krne ki koshish kr ri thi. Bt ye to ek hi bar me smjh k ho gya
You are teaching in very easy language ☺️❤️
Thank you so much for this video 👍🥰
Amazing explanation. I am a biomedical sciences final-year student and I had some confusion on this topic after watching your video I have a great understanding. From uk
Thank you so much mam. You really make it easy to understand.
Thanks for easy understanding
Thanks a lot mam.
What a brilllliant and easy lecture.
Thank you ma'am for nice and easy explanation
Easy explanation mam...
thank u so much mam🌿🙏
flowers for you. what a great teacher you are
Thank you dear ma'am very beautiful class
I used to watch your videos 2-3 years ago during my graduation..Now I have completed my masters and cleared SET. Thanks to you ma'am..❤
One more thing ma'am- You are very pretty and cute...😍😍.
Haaye main marjaawan🤩😜
Watching at 1:53 AM.
Best Video , Queen.
Nice explanation 👌 madam ji..
Thank you ma'am ❤
मजा आया 😊
It was great
Thank you ma'am, but I've one question if anyone wants to acetylate H3 histone for a particular stretch of DNA to be transcribed, then will it be in so specific manner?
Thnxx mama....Mam plz Nucleosome Remodelling ka bhi lecture de dejiye
Thank you so much ma'am for much easy understanding....but I have a question...
Which compound or enzyme stimulate acetylation or methylation and when it will activate..
And how DNA will become aware which gene is to transcribe..?
Thank u mam . mam plz can u make vidio on shRNA gene knockdowan and overxpresssion and design of shRNA by using Viral vector
Good lecture mam 😊
Thank you so much madam...salute
Mam please make video on assembly and disassembly of nucleosome during chromatin replication❤❤
Mam jab acetyl group add kiya toh Nh2 hona chaiye na naki NH? Kyuki valency puri nhi ho rhi h uski
Plz epigenetic regulation ka topic bi discuss krein
Mam can we say that histones are having a positive charge because they are made up of amino acid like arginine?
Maam Please make lecture on chromatin remodeling factor/complex types
Ma’am aapne Let’s Talk Academy se coaching kri thi???
Mam plz CpG Island and DNA methylation ka bhi upload kijiye .... thank you
Yrr kitti Awesome ye , POV: "Yaha me pighal gaya"
Happy independence day mam
Is it nucleosome organisation
Mam methylation me kaise gene active rhega.... Jab ki positive charge bne rahega to....... Dna strand to or tightly hold krega histon ko
It depends on amino acid group to which methyl binds
Love u🥰🥰🥰didi
Madam ap ne phosphorylation , ADP ribosylation ka lecture upload nahe kya o bi karda
What are the functions of bromo and chromo domain?
Help in protein binding
…slow down, I didn’t understand a word you said…
Poora mol aur padao
Madam please talk English we are students understand in English not Hindi mam
Will you marry me ❤️
😂😂
@@vivekmishra9150 Histone toh gya ab 😂😂 ma'am aa jaye bs 😂
Isn't one of the bonds of nitrogen busy in forming peptide link? How come 3 methy groups are formed during trimethylation? Please clarify
