It started with a powerful scalp massage and head massage, followed by a slow but cool leg massage, which relieved the tensed muscles.
It was a massage that felt so powerful that I could count it in my hands.

I don't usually do a scalp and leg massage at the same time.
However, I really liked this treatment because it loosened my head and legs at the same time.

All I need today is that massage, awesome, especially the neck part at the beginning. So good, my neck has hard points, I tried by myself pressing my neck with a rubber ball to relieve tension, but never worked totally.
Wasn't the neck massage really great? I think her skills are great. Maybe it's because it's a top-notch massage shop, so the skills are outstanding.
If you have hard points or trigger point at your neck, you can try the towel to relax on it, roll your neck with towel, you can try warm towel. It will help you with seflcare
