This is an airline that is defrauding its customers
Waze Airline and Booking's Deceptive Practices
Today, I took a flight with Waze Airlines, but they informed me at the airport that on-site check-in costs €48 per person. I had received no notification from the airline that I needed to check in online in advance. After paying this penalty, Waze Airlines told me it was because I booked through the Booking website, and I should seek compensation from Booking.
I then called Booking, and they informed me that they had created a new email for me without my knowledge and didn't notify me of any possible fees. Booking refused to offer compensation. Both Waze Airlines and the third-party booking site Booking are shirking their responsibilities. No one informed me about these charges. Additionally, neither the airline nor Booking sent me any information. Booking created a new email for me and told me to log in, but I didn't even know the password for this email. How could I log in? Isn't this fraudulent behavior? Is there no justice?
I am exposing this scam on social media, and I urge everyone who has been deceived or has faced such fraud to join me. Let's launch a class action lawsuit against Waze and Booking.
