I love my electric Smart BUT there is ONE thing that I DONT LIKE is that the seats do NOT recline back! yes they do not so if you are just sitting for a while or charging while in it you cant put back the seats to rest and look up thru the moon roof and there is actually plenty of room for them to go back but they are locked so you cant even just 3" would make big difference, other than that everything is great
i went here when i got my Smart 451 electric to check it out after i just bought it and they said its never going to need anything to be done to it EVER, in my case i am disabled and hardly drive much so not even brakes or tires since they were in like new condition and so far years later everything is fine tho the lockdown pandemic added years of no use to that i havent done any permanent accessories i wanted it in original condition but i do have wifi, all voice controlled, amazon alexa a gps autodrive system with 3 cameras and all powered by a large smart phone like battery charger that i recharge at home, but all that can be just removed and put in my backpack in a few minutes adding a 10" android tablet next on front of the dash like a Tesla that also just pops off so nothing permanently attached to anything and to get around i either put my segway in the back the upright handle bar just pops off or a folding electric wheelchair, when i need to charge at a public charger i its usually FREE or just like 23 to 50 cents.😁

Seratonia I'm in the USA, so I can't comment on anything in the U.K., but try an Internet search of "Smart Madness", I don't work there, so I can't say for sure. You can always ask them by email. smartmadness.com/ smartmadness.com/contact.html

TheOpelkoenjas The "Heat Shield" or sun screen is placed inside the car when it's parked. It just unrolls and fits in front of the window. I have one and it works very well.
Well, weirdly enough EVERYONE over here places it on the outside. Never ever seen someone place it on the inside. It is kept in place by the wipers and by elastic loops that you attach somewhere in the inside of the car. But then again, I'm talking about universal shields that fit every car, not shields designed only for Smart (don't think I even would be able to find one here in Belgium). ;) Cheers.
TheOpelkoenjas Wow, interesting, here in the USA I've only seen them placed on the inside of the car. The ideal one is one made for the car, but my wife's car has one not designed for her Prius. It's a bit too big on the left and right sides, but it's flexible enough to bend around the corners. We flip the sun visors down to help hold the sun shield in place.
I think the reason why we place them on the outside is because otherwise the glass would have to endure to much sudden temperature changes and make it more brittle after a while. Remember, that sun screen has a metallic layer that reflects the sun and heat (padding behind the metallic layer). When placed inside the car that sun gets reflected and the heat that it creates has nowhere to go other than directly onto the window (and some of that heat straight into the car). Might as well hold a burning torch blower against the window in my opinion. LOL And the thing is, most people immediately turn on their AC with (ice)cold wind blowing straight onto that hot window, which might be one of the reasons why so many cars in America have a suddenly cracked frontal window. ;) Cheers.
That's a paradise for smart drivers 👍. The smart colour orange and the seat cover I like 👍

can the doors of all smart cars do that or is it something that you need to order that way?
The doors are a special add-on to the car. It does NOT come standard.
Does Smart Madness ship to Canada?
I believe they do ship to Canada.

The heat shield goes on the outside of your (front) window, not the inside. Correct?

Sorry but dislike. Crap camera work and really obtrusive music.
