We didnt make it down to Surat this trip as i has chronic diarrhoea for over a month. We got stuck in pranburi and fortunately i found a gut specialist that prescribed me metronidazole (an anti-flagellate) and albendazole (anti-helminth). After a couple of days things were pretty much normal again and now 2 weeks later I'm perfect again. I was so debilitated I was even thinking of cutting our 5 month trip back and going home to Australia. Good diagnosis can be hard to find, but you've gotta keep hunting. Love to Penn, Gorgi and Bunbun.😊

Happy to hear you are feeling better. And for sharing your experience that doctors aren’t always right and resist thoughts of their patients. Great to have you back on the farm and feeling better. Living in Thailand can be a complete shock to our bodies from first world countries. Amazing you can just pick up some pills to deal with many issues.

Hello mate, good to hear you’re feeling better 👍🏼 what was the name of the drugs you took as I have been suffering with fatigue for three years and tried many different things? You won’t believe it, but the doctor in England tells me the same things. Me and my Thai wife live in England, but we are in Thailand once or twice a year always.. I need to try these drugs 🤞🏼 they might work for me!

I get this chronic fatigue in the UK due to work from home, being stuck in all the time and stuck behind a computer all day. When I am back in Thailand in our country village house, I am always busy doing things and the outdoor life balances out the time stuck inside in front of a computer, and I am fine. I mentioned what you said to my Thai wife and she said it is a commonly recommended thing in Thailand to take these anti parasite medicines every year, so there you go a case of Thai wisdom being much better than Western!

    M.E. ( Myalgic encephalomyelitis,)
Is more commonly known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
My wife has struggled with this complaint for 20 years, it is definitely stress related. It is usually combined with terrible muscle and joint pain. My wife can spend days in bed due to pain and severe lethargy. She also struggles with memory and “ brain fog”
Severe attacks can be triggered by shock, bad news, or bouts of stress.
There is no cure, you can only manage symptoms.
I sympathise with anybody struggling with this invisible illness.
    ❤️❤️

I have zero doubt there's a cure. Big Pharma, who funds all of the medical schools, isn't about to tell you what it is, though. No money in that.

Should i repair this watch or take Bung Bung & Gorgy for a walk and ask them if I've been using my time efficiently, perhaps que up n' get the latest safe & efficient booster. Men don't need to have their testosterone levels checked, Just ask the wife or girlfriend who will happily massage your back as a pre cursor to some action and convey a prognosis should you ignore their expertise. The LB's are qualified to give an opinion of course, purveyors of big pharma medication is the last place I'd go for advice when they happily formulate concoctions that prove troublesome or demand monetary addiction down the line. It was a good idea to let the grasscutters carry out the spraying of the durian trees, the guys will probably be infertile in a couple of years and work for little more than self subsistence which gives plenty left to invest in Phillipe Patek watches and whatever else dances at the sight of to float your boat. Provocation is an art that Mr Lowbrow understands🤣 Why not have a little fun in life if U tube relieves the boredom😂😂
