- Warm up and mobility is very important in order to avoid any injury.
Get ready for one of the best Home warm up and mobility Workouts of your LIFE! Let's do this! This workout is perfect to avoid any kind of injury. I do recommend ice bath, steam and sauna as well once a week after training. Remember your body is your temple and you need to love your body and take care of it. It's like a car and needs servicing on a regular basis. This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.
