Early 90s was still very "80s" by 2017 standards. It wasn't until the mid 90s that things got less corny. Plus PBS ran these reruns for the next two decades.
PBS only reran the original show through 1994 or '95, though there was limited-run "Math Talk" spinoff intended for classrooms a few years later, and reruns of the original show popped up on Noggin in the late '90s/early 2000s. But yes, you're right that the early '90s (especially 1990-91) were culturally very much an extension of the late '80s. Of course, I prefer the earlier Square One "That's Inifinity" song, which was "corny" even by '80s standards, as it had more of a classic Broadway sensibility.
That's infinity. You can count forever, they're always be one more.
2:26 is the best
I love how they use the digits of pi and e expressed as whole numbers.

Homer: Mmmm...pi...
when noggin was a children's channel,they aired this in re-runs until 2003.
2:58 Chills.
If there were such a thing as immortality, that would be an example of infinity!

What would you say if I counted all the days I sat next to Nora?
That's not infinity.
What could you say if I can counted my hours for my 21 year career bagging groceries!
IT IS NOT INFINITY!
10 million pi and 100 billion e.
It's out-of-sync! Oh well. Still fine.
This video looks like the 80s threw up all over the place. 😃
Yup. Isn't it awesome? :-)
