you just rename/delete the files that add it, they're in the materials -> correction folder and it's the ghost and infected ones
What mods or things do you use (crosshair or zombies that disappear when they die)?
He's playing a censored version of the game where there is no gore.
It's not a mod for either: disappearing zombies is in the launch setting by typing in -lv ( low violence ). The crossair is from a program you have to buy that allows you make custom crossairs.
