Congratulations on your channel, I am a fan of your videos, you are a professional and excellent instructor. I have a HotSpring Jetseeter. When I turn on the jets I hear repeated clicks on the relays. I left the jets on for about 5 to 10 minutes and they stopped working, I checked the voltage (120v) and it was fine, the next step I did was unplug the pump and check if it was working and really if it is ok... I wonder if this is a problem with the relay board or the main board.... I hope for your help
My tub went cold, so I checked the heater ohms and it read 0. I bought one online and they sent me one without the pressure switch lead. I called them and they said to just leave the lead plugged into the main board and jump the two small wires and it will work. Could this have burned up my heater relay board? Or was it probably already bad?? The board started to smoke when I turned it on....
I have 240v on both inputs and 240v out to the heater. do I have a bad heater? another video said test the resistance on the heater wires. I have 10+ ohms. which his video would indicate as good. thoughts?
We just replaced the pump. I don't know if I am getting the red LED, I am not where the tub is now, but I know the "temp" light was flashing and my circulation pump was not running.
I just replaced my old heater board with this one on my hot springs vanguard. The heater board works and sends 240v to the heater for almost exactly 2 minutes and then stops? The heater ohms out to 11 ohms and is brand new also. Any ideas?
The instructions for this board say to follow the jumper configuration on the back of the panel cover. For my tiger river Sumatran using 110 volts, the jumper is set to jump 1 and 2 together. You will notice on the new relay board the TB1 is labeled 1, H1, 2 etc. Therefore you need a new 3 prong jumper with the middle prong cut out to jump from 1 to 2.
My GFI keeps popping. It’s the wires to 2, 4 & 5. I disconnected the relay board from the main board and it doesn’t pop. I also disconnected all the pumps one by one and tested the GFI and it still pops, disconnected the lights and retested still pops, disconnected the ozone and still pops, disconnected the blower and recirculating pump and still pops. Is it the main board?
My spa is exactly like that one just replace the heater and the heater board The red light on the motherboard never comes on and it only gets to 98° before the green ready light comes on will not get any hotter could you help me out
Workmanship: They do not have enough solder on the high current eyelets on the circuit board where the relays connec. Being a retired electronics tech I have found this to be a problem in the automated soldering machines. Some companies take the extra time to send the boards back and hand solder the points to avoid future problems.

breaker is probably bad
Anyone know why the Jets and Clean function won’t come on after changing the Neat Relay Board? Was working prior to the change. So odd.
what if i have 120 and 240 to the board? where do the jumpers go?

may be in locked mode
What causes the heater board to go bad?

Dress your wires neatly and push into terminal block so that no bare wire is exposed. Yikes.
