I have issues but a lot of time i lose balance and fall. I've froze on the stairs several times too. I find it harder when I get embarrassed or feel embarassed.
Hi Susan ,how are you? My name is Gina, residing here in USA, but I'm filipina, you can talk to me tagalog or visaya, I was diagnosed 2018, my symptoms were getting worst, I have tremor, dystonia, and dyskinesia, I have to take my medications every 3 hrs, so I decided to put dbs, was installed just recently 4 weeks ago, it really help me alot, i don't have dystonia and dyskinesia anymore, but I still have minor tremor, because during my surgery my tremor was disappeared, so far I'm feeling good, I was suffered for how many years on pain from dystonia, finally I have relief, even just temporary only , what about you, what your symptoms
Hi Nick! Be sure to tune in over the next couple of weeks. We just recorded a podcast with Brian's MDS and he said he used Botox for people who have issues with drooling due to PD. Might be something to ask your Neurologist!
Have you walked with trekking poles? I have found that it helps me keep a steady gate.
Very informative!

How did you cure yourself?
Is there a trainjingbbookn
Thank you.
Does levadopa help with freezing of gait
This is a tricky one. We probably need one of our MDS's to come on and talk about that. I'll look into getting Dr. Hinkle on the show.

A friend if mine uses a laser pointer to step over. It's an illusion to his mind to step over.
I just had another PD friend tell me the same! and he said it's been working.
FOG is the worse! I read professionals are trying to upgrade DBS and will be able to get rid of freezing. Have you heard the same?
I have not but I'll look into it
What about PD drooling?
