I am a retired Court employee and I have actually worked as a Court Typist with the Hon'ble Judge for thirteen years. I had witnessed same type of order passed by the Hon'ble Judge to whom I was attached. This video reminded me the said incident. I am proud that I was a part of Judiciary and got opportunity to witness many other important decisions given by the Hon'ble Court.

जज साहब को मेरा प्रणाम जज साहब बहुत से घरों में ये हालात हैं बेटे के मोह के कारण बहुओं के जुल्म माएं सहती रहती है मान दे या नादे पर अपमान तों ना करें जो भुगत ता है वोही समझ सकता है आप जैसे जज साहब हर जगह पर हो ताकि अन्याय ना हो
इतनी सड़ी हुई है यह व्यवस्था की पीड़ित को अपनी हस्ती मिटानी पड़ती है न्याय पाने के लिए। आग का दारिया है और डूब कर जाना है । ऐसे महान जज साहब हर कोर्ट में उपलब्ध हो ऐसा नामुमकिन है।
मां ने सही बोला न्याधिश जी ने भीं सही न्याय किया 1महीना तो ज्यादा मिला खाली करने को 15दिन में ही खाली करवाना चाहिए था
कोई भी माँ इतनी बेवकूफ नहीं होती कि बेटियों के कहने पर इकलौते पुत्र के खिलाफ हो जाए। माताजी की समस्या उनके पुत्र व पुत्रवधू ही रहे होंगे जो जज साहिब ने इतना आसानी से फैसला सुना दिया।

Btw, kitne aadhram aise hai India me jahan bete aur bahu milte, bahu ashram nahi hota, beta ashram bhi nahi hota but vridha ashram hota hai. So, majority of case me bete bahu hi ma baap ko padeshan karte, rarest of the rare case me opposite hota.......and i am again saying ma baap ke property pe beta ka koi haq nahi hai, unhone kamaya, tumhe iss layak banaya ki kuch kar sako zindagi me, ab agar unki khusi hai tumhare saath rahne me to welcome else apne apne rashte, unhone theka nahi le rakha hai 30saal ke bete ko paalne ka.

I lost childhood . did not complete my education . made home with my mother secured her old age but she made my life hell coz of her controlling behaviour n my own sister left 15 years ago to make her careen to be an actress n live there . lived her life on her terms n conditions but still she is everything n I m nothing . I live on rent gave home to my mother ,gave my own gold gave everything with my own wish but still she is destroying me coz I got married to the girl who is dark skinned . such mothers are blemish in our society

कमजोर पक्ष है इसीलिए वकील साहिबा के पास बोलने के लिए कुछ है नही लेकिन क्लाइंट की पैरवी भी करना जरूरी है बस इसीलिए बोलना उनकी जिम्मेदारी होने की वजह से इतना बोल भी रही हैं अगर केस ले लिया तो बोलना तो पड़ेगा ही चाहे जैसे बोला जाए

So true I have seen many places where it’s the other way round the old aged are completely punishing only son even though they have given money to their daughters their daughters don’t take care of them and only son and daughter in law taking care of parents without help of any sort . Where in constitution it’s written that only son has to take care ?

The judge doesn't care about emotions. Husband's house, opposition didn't oppose ownership of the house. Mother wants everyone out of the house. Therefore by law mother gets the house. Whatever else happened is irrelevant. If judge was emotional then son and daughter-in-law would get charges for harrassing senior citizen.

Grass is always greener on the other side. Now a days daughters have eyes on property also. I have seen a similar case in my own family. A person who is getting govt pension, senior citizens act have been wrongly used by many elders now a days. They should show proof of injury/abuse to avail this particular act
