I know exactly what you mean, my budgies also eat more than my doves ❤❤ But my mousebirds eat the most, since they are fruit eaters, they have their own lunch box, really I'm not kidding, they are more active than budgies and cockatiels. My mousebirds eat: 5 Banana slices, 3 kiwi slices, 4 baby corn, 1 papaya slice, slice of orange, cos lettuce, small slice of bell peppers, 3 blueberries, 1 peeled grap, 1 slice of mango, 3 slices of apple and 1/3 carrot, that's about all, but thats just the mousebirds, my other bird also eat with my mousebirds. But you go the extra mile, my birds don't like chop, so they eat with my mousebirds, i also give them pellets, and calcium block, and i train them with millet. See you in the next ❤❤
@@ElvisMySweetBudgie😂😂 No, i forgot to say that, that is the food they eat, not what they eat daily, they eat 1/3 of all of that, they are extreme flyers, they are about the same size as a budgie, all of that, that i mentioned is wat they eat in a week, 😂 I'm sorry for misleading you, it was my mistake! Mousebirds are soo cuddly, but i would recommend getting one, as you can't buy them, they are wild birds, we rescued them, they fell out of the nest, and they do not get along with budgies or cocktails, the budgies are in the one room and the mousebirds are in the other room, and my finch, sparrow and dove are in another room 😂 it sounds a lot, but it's not, well at least not for me. ❤
@@ElvisMySweetBudgie i only bring them together once a day to eat some fruits and vegetables, but i have to keep a close eye on them, because they chase each other 😂 don't worry i make sure that none of them gets injured, i have my sister to help me out with the birds ❤❤
@@ElvisMySweetBudgie 😂 Strangely enough they do not get fat, you might be thinking, but they mostly eat fruit, they have this special stomach that does not absorb the sugar from the fruit, but rather absorb the energy from the fruit, they are one of the birds that do not have a crop. 😁
I'm learning so much.
