      It's a must.
      Even under standing orders ordinance when either gratuity or provident fund at the time of severance.

    Assalam-o-Alaikum
    Can a teacher's employment be terminated without any notice and termination letter for not coming to school during summer vacation. The teacher was asked to come to school during summer vacation via Whatsapp messages which he couldn't see. Are Whatsapp messages acceptable in the court. Please guide.

      If he is a worker
      He can claim 10 times the due amount the one employer refuses to pay.
      He can hire a lawyer on a conditional fee agreement, contact trade union or file a petition himself
