Not a dumb question at all! We could have clarified that! It means "all terrain vehicle", which means it's equipped to basically go anywhere. You're able to go over rough rocks, streams, really treacherous stuff. Pretty fun vehicles, their suspensions are built different than regular cars so they can handle it. & thank you ☺ glad you enjoy our channel!
