I feel ridiculous saying that I wish the master bedroom had a balcony, but I wish the mater bedroom has a balcony. I absolutely love everything else, except I want the stairs to be swirly. 😂😂😂 I’m laughing at myself for having the audacity to find improvements for this gorgeous house.

You didn’t show us at the way from refrigerator to the right hand side. There is a way and can see the glass door but didn’t know what’s it because you were skip that and go to the living room.

Like man, you look like a Covid Hippy, man. Very groovy and the place is nice pad, man, you dig? I have to broach this, but how much does a basic pool with let's say a Jacuzzi, run on a standard Vegas lot? Nothing fancy, just nice.
Beautiful home but really don’t understand the style of the staircase in that home?
They need to make these houses handicapp accessible. There needs to be an elevator. How can the TV be outside what if it rains. HOA covers community pool? Not sure why you need that if you have your own pool. That house is big enough to have it's own fitness center so I won't be needing that either. Can I get a discount? I can charge anyone who wants to come over for a dip in my pool or rec center lol. I see those hills ready to go up in smoke in the next brush fire, better get ready to evacuate and make sure insurance is in order.

Wow...the front of the home ..the foliage could be alot better more appealing.. sooo def wouldnt have chairs under the stairs.unuseful space even with chairs.. Try entry tables n pics...the 1st bedrm..the lamp above the bed sucks way too low and does not enhance the room at all.. If anything a fan light..how many dining rooms do you need lol.. The design is good but decor could be sooo much better..the California room looks like another dining rm.. Why not make it a family/ game room...or even a lounge style room.... I could go on but whats done is done..my design opinions only... And for 2.3 mil??? Hmmm? It could be betta

It's an eyesore. Architecturally, it is a glorified shoebox/dental office. Your enthusiasm is misplaced. You need to acquire a more refined eye for good taste. Trying studying...... it might assist, however, I am not all that certain.
