I live in Hickory, NC, I have T1-T2 posterior central disc protrusion per MRI, in so much pain with bending forward and lifting greater than 3 lbs, do you know anyone who can help me.

I can’t sit in a chair without excruciating pain from my disc to my ribs. I can’t even walk. No one seems to have the slightest idea what to do besides the most generic PT.

I have mine in t8-9 and have spinal canal stenosis ,neuroforaminal stenosis and spondylosis and I haven't found a chiropractor that does this . they do the thrust technique sometimes it hurts more after . what do you recommend me do

How do I find someone who knows this technique? Am I supposed to send this video to my chiropractor. I think she thinks my problem is beyond her and I’m considering acupuncture.

Is a decompression machine that works on lumbar and cervical issues capable of doing the type of “Y-axis” decompression that you mention for Thorasic
Thoracic manipulation as featured in this video is performed by a hand-contact on the spine by a chiropractor who feels tissue tension, etc., and guides the treatment.

@@juliecoxcid24 I called that office and did a consult and they offered a decompression table where they would have my ankles strapped in. This is not the correct decompression right ?
