What David Hewlett and Jewel Staite said was funny. What Amanda Tapping said, was very emotional.

Am I indeed not the only one that watches the whole show from the beginning again and again?

+Neo2266 no you're definately not the only one, I can guarantee you there are many many of us who do so (from comments i've read) & who also wish they'd start up the series again, no need for reboots since there were still literally thousands of unexplored gate destinations left when SG-1 ended not to mention the need for a true resoution of the whole pegasus affair w/the wraith, (we poked the bear awake then took the only gun around & left naught but sticks for the rest to beat him off with? naw that's just not right on so many levels). as for Universe, i thought it was ok, but it had this weird feeling to it that just wouldn't allow me to embrace it as i did SG-1 & Atlantis.

Yeah, just thought it might be that time again ... The actors and the scripts were so brilliant - so moving, so funny. They really should have continued - or at least made a movie - or two, or three , or seven ... ;)

Well Atlantis was cancelled atleast parly because they wanted to do something new with SGU, wasnt it?
I mean from what I understand season 5 was going to be the last season anyway, but there was supposed to be a movie to wrap it all up, but it never happened, thus the story was never properly finished.
I mean imho SGA could have easily gone more for a seaons or two, I didnt feel like the quality was dropping, quite the opposite I think in many ways SGA manage to improve from the first 1 or 2 seasons to the last 3.
And more importantly, it just had a great cast, great actors....that's one important thing that made SG1 and SGA so loved along with the humor and that's something where they failed with SGU, tried to change the formula too much to become more serious....and for me that is just not Stargate, it was great when it had good balance, of humor and more serious acts.

Maybe stargate should start a fundraiser to get a real movie/tv show going. its worked with others. but please do not ruin stargate with more "origins". 100,000 people at $10.00 is a million and I'm sure that could be raised. hell I'd donate $100 at least. and or just let the people vote on a movie/show and let people pre-order it to help with funds to produce.

100,000 people are not gonna donate $10 to see a Stargate movie, sorry.
100,000 people haven't even watched THIS VIDEO, lool.
