What’s the connection between an electrophysiology lab and the surgeon he mentions?

Lots of intracardiac signals and lots of equipment in EP Lab. battling noise can be a daily chore.
Clean signals make for better procedures. The MD isn't really a "surgeon" he is a specialized cardiologist called an "electrophysiologist "

Any one tried the digital products. Especially interested in feedback on Ethernet cables.

I own one of their Alpha Ethernet cables and have tried the Alpha and Sigma coax digital. My opinion is that the spdif cables are fantastic and I would own one if I didn’t have a built in streamer in my DAC.
The Ethernet cable is great also but for the cost, most people would benefit more from a component upgrade. I’d recommend the Venom level cable or Chord c stream for those who are building up their first setups.

Ultra expensive cables is like a tax on stupidity (as well as proof that rich people are not necessarily smarter than anyone else). The fact that someone can afford to pay something like 20 000 dollars on speaker and cables that doesn't anything an $8 per foot Mogami does is proofs these people's fortunes should be taxed away. The money could be used a lot better in health care, schools and road construction. But, no some rich asshole gets to buy an super expensive power cables that's not one iota better than what comes with a Yamaha AV receiver. You, know there's been proper blind tests. Turns out life long audiophiles can't tell the difference between a coathanger and expensive speaker cable such as AudioQuest (who are know to rig their demos btw).

You’re right but not completely. 20 k cables are not made for 20k speakers but for 200k speakers. You don’t put Lamborghini tires on a Toyota Yaris and you don’t put Toyota Yaris tires on a Lamborghini. It has nothing to do with being rich or not and/or being smart or not.
