Dunno if anyone reads this, would I double stroke bar 4 or single stroke that?

A bit late to the party from us, but these are designed to help read rhythm on the fly, so whatever works with you! Try it a couple different ways for extra practice and you might find you like to stroke it in a different pattern than what you're used to!
