I regret that I bought one of these bags and didn’t read the return policy first. The quality is lacking for the price. I wanted to love it though because of the message.
They have an amazing message yet poor execution (in quality). Maybe you should still try to contact the brands customer service email to see if they can do anything to help you 💕

Dang, I'm sorry they couldn't do more to help 💔 But I agree, the "genuine leather" bag is very much frail and thin in material, so I'm not sure if its real either. Usually leather is structured on bags like this, but the bag seemed like it just wanted to change shape and bend on itself. Their vegan leather bags have the best quality, which is surprising because it's cheaper and all.
@@aiyannawatson992 I’m convinced this exact bag is now labeled as the vegan leather tote and they for some reason no longer have the “genuine cowhide” leather tote anywhere on their site .. 🤔 I can’t rock with a brand that has unethical business practices
Hey girl! I just went on their site and I still see it there : cise.store/collections/shop/products/pbp-bag. They have the details about the materials in the description. They still claim its genuine cowhide. But I feel you girl, I def felt like it wasn't genuine leather either because of the bags characteristics compared to my other leather bags. However, it could also be very cheap/thin leather as well
I wish that I would've watched your review prior to buying a bag for my sister's bday. Her bag came in horrible condition. It was scratched, creased and had fabric and thread unraveling. They let me send it back for a replacement but the second bag wasn't much better. It was also missing the long strap to make it crossbody. Unfortunately Cise hasn't responded to my last email. I definitely won't be buying another one.

The lining on the brown bag is perfect & yes I can wear it as a crossbody! The only thing I dislike about the vegan suede is that the bag scratches easily & its very visible.
@@Momotekle the bag literally fell apartthe stitching came apart the inside came apart it's not even wearable. Did not last 3 months i carried regular purse items and a book daily it should not have come apart the way it did

Yeah they ripped us off....the have the same bag on aliexpress and etsy...for a lot cheaper.
