IMO, the question is does 1 stop really make that much difference especially if you're using mostly for vlogging? The 16-35 PZ F4 is a better comparison IMO.

Actually the Tamron 17-28 2.8 is better and much cheaper solution
No it's not, stabilization is horrible, sharpness IS NOT good at all compared to Sony.
It is cheaper, it has SSM motors, not linear, and it hunts a little during video with Sony focus system.
