Yes!!! 2:06, the return of the old saying from the early days... Absolutely delicious!!
Hahaha! Did you ask for that? I know someone did!
@@TheProteinChef Yes I did!! Thank you!!
These look great! Definitely going to be trying!
Excellent recipe, thank you for all your videos. These are a great assets to get fit without getting frustrated :D
Hey just checking in. Been awhile! Can't wait for the recipes to return
Wow I will try for sure :) Thanks
Welcome!
Hey bro thanks for all ur vidz, can u make some recipes with cream of rice (i cant eat oats)!?
Looks delicious!
Okay okay, after watching a few random uploads over the years. I have finally subscribed. There's plenty of other Protein recipe channels out there but they seem to be full of Drama Queens & I think most of us just want good content & no mid-day grannies talk show drama.
Is their any way you could make an Easter themed protein pancake? I would really appreciate that.
Would be nice if you had some low calorie alternatives. I’m replacing honey with liquid fiber and peanut butter with pb2
Daniel Lopes You watch Doctor Greg too?!?
This, but make it anabolic kitchen! 😂
It’s cuz the dude actually wants the shit to taste good pimp.. 2 chocolate chips and a dot of honey won’t kill ya big guy,, especially if your lifting ,, maybe stick to rice cakes and dirt big fella..
@@jasonrodriguez7673 No need to be rude, dude.
@@jasonrodriguez7673 thinks he's a tough guy 😆
Could you make keto maple syrup
I luv your videos
Thank you
I'm intolerant to oats and whey protein. I know, sucks 🙄. Can I substitute the oats for almond flour? If so, would it be the same amount? And the protein can I sub it for a vegan protein? If so, how much?
I can used any nut butter and buckwheat for this and gluten free oats
Oh God. Coming from the cold brew video to this and it's so strange to hear you talk normally 😂 I enjoyed this for sure
Think this would taste good with strawberry powder?
How you kept a straight face here is beyond me😂😂 balls, nibbles, nuggets, all go down the same rabbit hole. But these Protein Bites are definitely a winner! Thanks for all your hard work on the website, it's looking great!⭐
GMandz Wait until you see the new update!!! We’re coming in hot. Thanks btw 👏🏻
Good morning!!!
The Protein Chef Thanks chef these seem a good idea. Especially for sports, hikes and work on the go. Keep in small box as a ration. Go well with an Apple.
@@Surv1ve_Thrive Thanks Nick! If you give them a go, I hope you enjoy them. Can't wait to hike once it warms up a bit...
Can someone explain me the difference between fat, and saturated fat, please.
If one wanted to bake these, what would you recommend (time/temp)?
I'd say 325 for 12-15 minutes, 15-20 would probably be too long, and 350 might be too hot. Also, you'd wanna flatten them out so they cook evenly, if they're fat and round, the centres won't cook or firm up, unless that's the texture you want. Keep in mind you can always add heat and time, so go slow, you can't go back in time if you over heat, or over cook them!
@@scoopsdaniel Thanks!! They sound delicious, but uncooked oats are hard on my stomach. I may even try just microwaving them for a minute. For science :-)
How about doing a dirtcheap 10$ bulk mealprep vid for the week?
Are the jars on the shelf behind you from Ikea?
I'm 90% sure they are. The shelves are from there too.
I dont know why people are so scared of carbs lol. Keto is cool, but definitely not the reason people lose weight. It’s a calorie deficit lol its possible to be in a calorie deficit and eat carbs, these protein balls show you can snack and still eat low calorie high protein and high carb, perfect for weight loss.
I've always stood behind the deficit! I also never knock any (reasonable) diet if it's working for that person and quality of life is still good. Different strokes I guess. The best diet is the one you'll stick to. Me? Variety and restriction.
I think they are perfect for leg day refuel! Great carbs and protein to eat on your way back from the gym. Specially for me since I have to do a 30 min walk back home.
At long last, senzu beans....or balls, either way I wanna make!
How long can you store it until it goes bad?
Freezer? Quite awhile! I'd say 5-7 days in the fridge (personal experience).
Where you at, chef?!
Wow i haven't watched your vids jn like 7 years... Didn't you used to go by DHFNS or something like that? Anyways, it's great to be back
Haha, yes! Everything in moderation. Thanks for checking me out again. Great to have ya back!
Hey Protein Chef! We made your protein balls for our healthy picnic and they tasted delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t have chocolate protein powder, so we only made the vanilla one. Feel free to watch Alicia’s reaction to your recipe at ua-cam.com/video/OQNBtbNNMio/v-deo.html and Rosie’s reaction at ua-cam.com/video/OQNBtbNNMio/v-deo.html. Have a great day! Rosie and Alicia.
Where did u go
Perfect flavor marriage :p
Using pb2 or a banana for the moisture would have less calories
Protein Dragon Ballz.
😍😍
This man needs to discover pb2 or pb fit and add it to his recipes to make them have even more protein and less calories
so this 1 tiny ball has 270 kcal and only 17g of protein?
The huge ones do - the smaller ones are 136 calories/8.6g protein (website breakdown). This would make 18.
@@TheProteinChef Thank you, these look like a good pre workout meal.
A bit less carbs would be better. Leave out the oats I guess.
Yeah, I may try it without the oats myself. I'm worried they won't hold together, but I'll have some oats standing by just in case. I'll try to remember to report back.
No calorie count in the description cause the amount of total calories and sugar is through the roof on these I’m sure.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'll be trying these since i can't cheW because my bottom teeth are missing. I fought Cancer twice and lost a big piece of my face to amputation. A tumor ate up my jaw and I was labeled an ugly freak. I started over from scratch, and started a UA-cam channel to inspire others who feel ugly and not good enough for this superficial world.. my face will not define me. with positive projection you can overcome any mental or physical hurdle. go check me out and subscribe if you want to help me grow. i want to give people a spark of change and join me on my journey!
Wounded Viking good luck man. Survival is a fantastic thing. You are whole.
2B Or not 2B It is not for you to say he cannot especially if he inspires people not just talks about banal life hacks or video games. He has something useful to say. He doesn’t need me to explain but this is my opinion.
2B Or not 2B are you the UA-cam police?
No protein powder next
You got it!
My last name is sweaty so I think I will call them sweaty 🤔 nevermind.
Hahahaha
