hello my name is carlos I'm from the south of Brazil (the giant country in Latin America.) I've been following the canal and observing the great city of Lagos. There's no danger in making these videos I observed three situations in different videos: the first was a guy pointing his finger in the Chamber seemed to threaten the motorcycle rider with great hostility, another recorded situation was a guy being beaten on the tram track and the third was the pilot being stopped.
these events you told about, are not much in these videos, and to tell you the truth, i feel it is really safe and welcoming here. I would be a lot more unsafe in many places in south america i feel. thanks so much for your support and your interest in the work i do !
@@janullrich7341 Lagos in particular is a very huge city with a very large economical environment and ACTIVITIES, their are other beautiful cities with less population in Nigeria, lagos is not Nigerias capital city
Hola Ludo! I'm so glad to hear from you! So, you have returned to Lagos? Awesome! Here's my humble opinion. Dear Ludo, I suggest you to not make like 3 videos a week, it's a real fast pace to make videos and this can result in burnout. I'm speaking from experience. 1 or at most 2 vids a week could be good at first. You did a pretty good job in Europe but the truth is that many people have been looking forward to these Lagos & other parts of Nigeria videos! I bet if you make a motorcycle trip to Abuja you will get at least 500K views of this video! Probably more...a lot of more! But the most important thing is that you're ok, i was kinda worried at some point 💜 A question: how safe Lagos is for a young woman traveling alone? Should I stay only in Lekki or other fancy areas? Or what about a couple, a female and a male from Europe? The reason why I'm asking is because Lagos is an intriguing, lively & vibrant city that I'd like to see one day but security worries...🤫 You have a super fantastic Saturday night Ludo! 💜💕💜 Muchos abrazitos! ❤️ Je vous souhaite tout le meilleur! 🥀💜🥀Ciao!
hello Marisol, sorry for the late reply ! thanks a lot first for this comment ! yes i am back in agos since few weeks. thanks for your adivce, yes maybe three would be to much, even for my audience who spend time in front of the screen. I will try to stick with 2 a week. I will definitively do a driving video in abuja this year, i need to find time to go there and just do it.Lagos is safe if you don t take any inconsidered risk. there are some places nobody would go if not belong here. I really encourage you to visit here, i can even try to guide you. you were doing youtube videos ? ohhh i am sorry to hear about burn out, yes i think you are totaly right, need to safe myself from being to exhausted i wish you a very happy sunday !
@@Ludo_Liu Ludo! Me da gusto saber de ti! Im happy to hear from you! (pardon my Spanish, I'm bilingual so...lol).You'd like to be my guide? Well, if I ever happen to visit Lagos, I know who I will contact! Thanks for your offer, will keep it in my mind for sure. I'm an amateur photographer and I've taken a lot of pictures all over the world, posting them here & there until I realized I'm coming to the end = burnout! At the same time I worked as an operating nurse (in 3-shifts) so...my things were on a fragile footing if u will. Today all's ok. Studied 1 year in Phoenix and now I'm (almost) an anesthesiologist, living here in Finland working in a large hospital. Glad you're back in NIG, that means a boost to your channel and you definitely deserve it, you've been working so hard. I’m glad you are back ,missed your Nigerian videos while you were away. Some of the roads and streets are paved in this market ( which is quite rare in itself.)but the amount of rubbish on the sides are disgraceful. There is no reason why the market people cannot clean the surroundings area before putting their wares out. Or contribute money together and pay cleaners to sweep the place on a daily basis.
Population of Lagos mostly those poor from north bike taxe and other part of Africa..all in dat lagos Populations of 25 million and cleanup is d bigest problems in lagos .

Why are you Ghanaians so enviously obsessed with anything Nigeria? African Pride or whatever you call your insecure/ inferiority complexed self, be aware that some of us has since noticed you making rounds on Nigeria related videos spewing garbage out of inferiority complex. Please stay on your lane, and stop rubber-nicking into Nigerian topics. And I will suggest you change the name from African Pride to Ghanaian Pride or even better, Ashanti Pride. While there is a lot interesting things. Overall, it appears to be nasty and unkept...litter everywhere and nobody seems to care. In fact, I would never want to visit such a nasty place. Why do the people not care about their surroundings. I watched this video because I wanted to know and understand more about Africa. Surely, there are better places to go than this in Africa...where people actually take care of their surroundings.
A few blocks away from here and there are prestine manicured lawns, Bentleys, Ferrari and over 500k usd homes. It's a city of 20 million people and these are not well to do folks or areas of the city. At least no hyena and huts or even lions on the street. It's a developing country of 200 million people

It is depressing to see so much trash. People just not taking the time to clean. Someone should start a street cleaning company there.
Ikr. Good business for Lagos.
that would definitively a good business to start here
Lots of investment opportunities, yes come and invest?
In india r roads r so clean and shine like mirror
Very impressive. This captures the reality in Nigeria. Very disorganized but life goes on as normal. Great job. How were you able to maneuver through the hectic traffic?
thanks a lot for your comment regarding the video !
yes it is lagos, and the organized chaos of the city i love so much
Trop cool! Is this your job? You seem good at it!
I spend a lot of time to shoot these videos and edit them. i try to create the best content for you . it is a hobby,
Maybe one day it can become my actual activity, but i would need to develop the channel a lot to pay the bills and the food...
thanks a lot for your warm comment
Welcome back Ludo Liu2👏👏👊

and travelled a short time.
you can see some videos of the trip already, i am editing now my monaco trip
just like me, heading into lagos island is an addiction for me
you got it !
same problem, same addiction. I cannot stop , if i were to shoot all my rides there, there will be at least 5 videos every week just about the island
The driving jezzzzz
this is what we call a hustle drive :)
@@Ludo_Liu I know that's right 💯
I see blue exhaust exiting the back of a truck. What is the fuel used?

I missed these videos!🥲 Welcome back!🤗
thanks so much, i am glad you camebback to watch them
hello my name is carlos I'm from the south of Brazil (the giant country in Latin America.) I've been following the canal and observing the great city of Lagos.
God bless you Ludo Liu. What nationality are you
i am french
I love it I love seeing my people. Poor but yet Rich 🤑. Now that’s what the Most High says 🕎🥰
thank you so much for watching and for your warm comment !
You can be poor but why are the streets full of rubbish?
Nigeria is not poor
Nigerian culture is rich
@@janullrich7341 Lagos in particular is a very huge city with a very large economical environment and ACTIVITIES, their are other beautiful cities with less population in Nigeria, lagos is not Nigerias capital city

Did you shoot this vlog on sunday. Cos the road is so open and good

The driving gives me anxiety but loved the video
you may love even more the video coming this weekend ! i will be really crowded !

thank you !!!!
Nice video India 🇮🇳👍
thanks so much for going thru all the videos!
I really encourage you to visit here, i can even try to guide you.
you were doing youtube videos ? ohhh i am sorry to hear about burn out, yes i think you are totaly right, need to safe myself from being to exhausted
i wish you a very happy sunday !
Feel free to visit Nigeria 🇳🇬. Nigerians are intelligent and very happy to see a foreigner
Been thinking about starting to be your patreon, but I don't really know how it works..? Can you help me a bit on this? (never been anyone's patreon). Alright, I've already seen both of your new videos filmed in Lagos and like them very much! Bon travail! 👍Tout le meilleur à toi mon ami! 💜💕 Passez un dimanche soir paisible! 💖 Nos vemos más tarde! Chao!
@@soyabraham5364 Thank you. As I told Ludo, I keep that in mind, especially when Lagos & Nigeria is very fascinating. Not just big cities, but also nature and its wildlife. Oh, not to mention the weather (even though I was born & raised in Maracaibo which is a really hot and humid city (or rather an area). In the summer the temp may rise up to 38° degrees Celcius ☀️☀️☀️ Guess I need to find out what it costs to travel to Lagos 🤔
@@Marisolita_95 let's chat on WhatsApp I am ready to give you guideline on how to go about it
Beautiful energetic people but very dirty polluted disorganised noisy environment - government where are u

i from india 🇮🇳 & wants to know is cricket rapidly famous in nigeria bcs cricket is 2 nd biggest sport in the world after football
in fact down my house, every sunday a group of indian men are playing cricket.
i like to watch from my balcony even if i still don t understand the rules
@@Ludo_Liu pls make video on cricket n try to promote cricket by ur videos, i love watch that u will give some information about cricket leagues like ipl, cpl n big bash leagues, nigeria with massive population of about 21 crores approx if nigeria love to play cricket then its good for nigerian economy through intermational cricket n if nigeria will take intrest in cricket then definately in no time nigeria will become hub of good cricketers pls make video of rich cricket leagues n tries to promote this will attract more n more nigerian to interest in cricket this will lead to more cricket nation to visit in nigeria n invest in economy, in india ipl league give opportunity to become rich n popular n helped in economy, by the way i love abuja what a great city wow
This city could use a street sweeper a couple days a week, no one cleans up after themselves
there is some cleaning every morning almost very early morning.
Thanks a lot for coming around, i really appreciate to see you back in the comment section !
I wish you a great day !
✌👍😎
thanks a lot reiner
I’m glad you are back ,missed your Nigerian videos while you were away.
Some of the roads and streets are paved in this market ( which is quite rare in itself.)but the amount of rubbish on the sides are disgraceful. There is no reason why the market people cannot clean the surroundings area before putting their wares out. Or contribute money together and pay cleaners to sweep the place on a daily basis.
thanks so much for your warm comment and for sharing your thoughts here !
i really appreciate!
Lagos itself is a market
Population of Lagos mostly those poor from north bike taxe and other part of Africa..all in dat lagos
Populations of 25 million and cleanup is d bigest problems in lagos .

Same as india, only the conditions of road are better than india
that is true, i hope to be back in india soon !
I wouldn't travel there for 100 million dollars!
we are already to many people here :) that s fine.
I'll enjoy your part lagos good vibes if you don ' t take it.

How can humans be living in this filth 🙄🙄

Why are you Ghanaians so enviously obsessed with anything Nigeria? African Pride or whatever you call your insecure/ inferiority complexed self, be aware that some of us has since noticed you making rounds on Nigeria related videos spewing garbage out of inferiority complex.
Please stay on your lane, and stop rubber-nicking into Nigerian topics. And I will suggest you change the name from African Pride to Ghanaian Pride or even better, Ashanti Pride. Ashanti been the sourdest of the Ghanians people, and not leaving out love and respect to our Ewe and Ga cousins in that country.
Aww bless; the mum shielding her little lad while he's having a pee under the truck on the left! ua-cam.com/video/b_Xvd1TNzXw/v-deo.html I can remember my mum doing that for me at the beach when I was a kid.
ohhh you have very sharp eyes !!!
yeah this kind of thing can reminds of our childhood, i completely understand !

11 yrs back delhi was same garbage like lagos but now govt. changed n delhi is now world class mega city its all due to political will power, is this current pm of nigeria is good or oppostion party pm candidate is good, don't know much about political parties of nigera, but love africa n carribean from from india 🇮🇳
thanks a lot for your warm comment !
namaste !
While there is a lot interesting things. Overall, it appears to be nasty and unkept...litter everywhere and nobody seems to care. In fact, I would never want to visit such a nasty place. Why do the people not care about their surroundings. I watched this video because I wanted to know and understand more about Africa. Surely, there are better places to go than this in Africa...where people actually take care of their surroundings.
this is only one aspect of the city of Lagos o.
thanks for watching !
A few blocks away from here and there are prestine manicured lawns, Bentleys, Ferrari and over 500k usd homes.
It's a city of 20 million people and these are not well to do folks or areas of the city.
At least no hyena and huts or even lions on the street. It's a developing country of 200 million people
a very bad video, because who would like to be looking at a street? the videos should be interesting, showing the daily lives of places, people, etc.
i use to tell my children : you shouldn't say it is very bad, but just say I don t like it.
looking at the comment section it looks like many people are appreciating the content here.
then you dislike it, it is really fine.
thanks for sharing your point of view
@@Ludo_Liu I'm neither Nigerian nor African, although it's interesting to see for a few minutes the streets and avenues of some places, what a person from another part wants to see are videos that show the life of a person, a family, a child, like live, their favorite foods, their home, things like that. don't take it to the downside, take it as a guide for more people to like your posts
Filthy place! Does anyone there own a broom or mop bucket? It’s like no one there cares about cleanliness?
