Bui Vien

I shot this 3 minute video with my GoPro in Saigon back in January before Covid 19 brought the world to a halt. It's of Bui Vien Street which is renown for it's nocturnal commotion. I stayed in this neighborhood when I was in Saigon in 2003 and it was nice and quiet then. So before going I booked a room there thinking it would still be, but was I ever wrong!
