I was talking haritaki for 5 months wasn’t work for me and I was get addicted to it, when I stopped for 2 weeks I was feeling horrible.
Is haritaki a brand of Turmeric powder. Or is it another substance

Why is nobody talking of the staining that turmeric causes? In another video he mentioned 40% of it is absorbed into the skin, so does that mean the stain part is the 40% and if you use soap to remove, would some of that soap also be absorbed into the skin? My skin is tan but the turmeric staining is quite obvious and I don't want to look like i have jaundice. Also, why doesn't the red kumkum not stain face red? I bought some kumkum poweder at his temple in Montclair, CA but it makes no mention if it is organic and I heard some kumkum even have lead..I would hate to be trying to decalcifying and ironically end up adding poison to my body.
