Learn how you can fix the ringer sound volume that gets low on incoming calls on the iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 Pro/Mini.
When someone calls you on the iPhone 13, initially the ringer sound is very loud, but shortly after it will lower down straight away. The reason for this is the attention-aware feature that is turn on. You need to turn this off to fix this problem.

This didn’t work for me but it was a great video. I had to go to “Settings” --> Sounds and Haptics” --> “Ringer and Alerts” and found it was on low so I just slid it up to high and it worked!!!!

Text tone volume is too low and it has nothing to do with the attention aware feature.
Just try this test: settings, haptics and sound, ringer and alerts volume all the way up.
Then set a loud sound like “Sonar” (in classics) for both ringtone and text tone and you will hear the volume difference

I’m having the same issue with the text tones and below that all are lower in volume and has nothing to do with this feature shut off.

Ok yes, of course I hear a difference which is the actual problem, the ringtone is louder and the text tone is lower as well as the rest in the list. So the that’s the problem, the ringtone and alerts should all be able to be set to a volume in which you cannot do.
