They released an updated version where you can SAFELY eject each drive individually! Meaning you CHOOSE which drive to safely eject inside windows. So if you're transferring (or cloning two drives), you don't have to interrupt that process to hot swap a hard drive! I'm getting that version and will use it in my FULL REVIEW of this awesome dock!!

i know this was a darn good eSATA dock but it's amazing how most docs now are still useing USB3.0 even though it's bottlnecking the commonly used SATA3 and higher transfer speed capable USBs have been made.

@@OShackHennessy honestly I’m not sure if I still have it or not. I’ve moved a few times since this video. They released a newer usb 3.1 version and I am trying to acquire that thing now. 212 is a bit too much for me today. Hopefully they’ll send it to me or I’ll purchase it later.
do they still sell this inn 2021. its september 2021 now. will search for this in amazon
recently done a a good few hours of research on SATA docking station and have found Startecki is a good brand to go with but are expensive. Secondly if you look for another doc/cloner and you plan on useing it as a dock mostly try looking for a station that is higher than USB3.0 and has 10gbps or more transfer speeds because UB3.0 is a far to common bottleneck in SATA docs for most HDDs or SSDs. Lastly if the doc's storage device connection type is more than SATA3(6gbps) that's has far more potential for transfer speeds if the USB connection doesn't bottleneck it but it's uncommon to find on midtier budget docs.
