I was planning on doing something like this, picking out a few pretty guppies from our Petsmart (the one we frequent has awesome healthy fish) and buying some pure bred Russians, Dragons and Lace from breeders and throw them all together to see what happens. I have zero intention of selling them so it will just be a fun experiment. I’m also looking into breeding mutt Mollies (I adore Mollies!!). I’m loving your videos!! ❤🐟

I do have beautiful mutts guppies endlers mix. Mostly 2nd and 3rd and some 4th generation. It's fun!!! I like to see what looks like in their colors and patterns.

I combined endlers with bluegrass deltas: I got the most amazing assortment! My filter cut out (planted tank) and it didn’t effect them

I love my mutt guppies, now in 4th generation and bomb proof. Trying for mostly males now for the color the wife loves. Feed females to my sevrums!!!

Depends on a few things, mainly the bio load in both tanks.

Hey Michael how are you love watching your videos I learn heaps from watching your video ☺️🙂 I am breeding a lot of guppies at the moment I've got baby guppies and the tank with the adult and there's a plant in their what floats on the top of the all the babies same.tv stoma around the bottom the adult swim around the babies and don't touch Manning they don't eat them it's weird

Doing this this summer Michael with my 40g deck pond. Last year I had a couple of comets, WCMMs, and some guppies. How many guppies do you think I should do? M/f ratio? I have 4 tequila sunrise males but I don't know if I will put them in the pond.
If you start with a trio, you will have 100 in the fall.

Do you think the Mutt Guppies handle the softer water (rain) of outdoors? I di just check my tubs yesterday and they were neutral pH which surprised me after ice/ snow/ leaf litter. I know, sounds like a dumb question but I feel like the line bred imports need harder/ higher pH water.
The LF soft water can be an issue, yes. But regular mutts should be fine.
