When I get some inches I won't know how to act😩😂 * edit * I commented this when I cut my hair, it's at collar bone length now and I was absolutely right.. idk how to act😂😂😂😂
This was really helpful! Love the tip: Longer the hair - can freestyle with size of braids And shorter hair- thinner braids for more definition Thanks so much!
This video is an example of why I hope natural hair videos don't go away because after all my years natural I still learned something new here (blow drying the roots)
You and my youngest child have similiar curls. I be so jealous over her and her 4-year old definition🤣🤣 curls so poppin Inwant to shave it and make me a wig. What? Hers will have plenty of time to grow back🤣🤣
I love how you put yourself together, looks like your hair is getting longer and thicker. I love it, you make everything look absolutely beautiful. Especially for us team Type 4 heads. Thanks for sharing boo💕💕💕
I love a good braidout. Lately I started doing a new technique on the ends of my hair after called a "hanging Bantu knot". It will take this style to a whole new height. 🥰 Love your videos btw.
I like how braided the hair and coiled the ends.... 70% braiding, 30% coiling. I'm transitioning my hair from perm to natural state so once I cut off all the perm on my ends I can achieve that coiling effect. I usually braid it all the way and I need to stop doing that. Short or longer hair looks cute for you 🤗🤗❤❤
I love the fact that your hair is a healthy, shiny example of dyed hair! I see so many with dry, broken hair that it has scared me off but I think I might give dye a chance. Tfs a bomb braid out.
My Hair is a bit longer than yours but my Hair don't last a WHOLE Day when I do braid outs. Just a little wind blow and it shrinks up to an Awkward stage🤦😢 but great video as always ❤️
really!? that really goes to show that everyone's hair is different because for me braid outs give my hair so much volume and length but twist outs shrink my hair.
The coil at the end is a good tip, I always do that with twist outs but I tried a braid out several years ago and went all the way down, that’s probably why it was a fail! Thanks for the tip!
I’m just spitting facts. There are youtubers out her who get sponsored, and swear up and down that the products they receive will become a staple or holy grail and you never see those products again until they do a giveaway. 🍵 . Your staples have remained your staples and have been consistent I appreciate that
Your hair is so beautiful!! I'm 6 months in on my natural hair journey. I'm just playing around with alot of products right now. I just so happen to come across your channel and I'm so glad I did. I've been binge watching your channel listening and learning!!😊
"After looking everywhere and making some terrible purchases on the internet I stumbled upon Zala Hair. Was so impressed with the professional website and range of natural looking beautiful colours. After receiving my caramel ponytail I jumped back on the website and immediately purchased a halo as well!! The quality is amazing. Finally a product that is exactly what it says it is! And it was beautifully gift boxed with products to maintain its shine and longevity. Now I can have beautiful hair and lots of it ❤️"
I was about ready to get off the natural train and go relax my hair again lol but this is the most in depth braid out video I've seen with lots of helpful tips. Will definitely be trying your method this week. Subbed :)
I think this video will finally be one that helps me achieve the look I want. I just find it hard to manage a style for my hair. This made the directions clear.
Dream hair just got real. Get it every day of the week with my zala ponytail! It paid for itself in compliments - literally bad hair days do not exist for me
Karen Ramos my hair is as long as hers, but I literally cut off 3-4 inches off my hair almost every 3 months because of ssk. It’s so annoying. I moisturize, deep condition and do protein treatments. My hair is always in protective styles, but yet I cannot combat single strand knots. 😣😣😒😒
@@bernandapresendieu You have to cut them out, every time you feel or see one just cut it. I suggest just getting a trim to get everything out and then just focus on your ends everytime you moisturize or style your hair. You can't really prevent ssk, but a great way to slow them down is to keep your hair stretch for the most part
thank you love! do you do a lot of stretched styles or mostly wash and go's? i find my hair does better off with ssk when i do stretched styles more often.
@@OnlyOneJess yes i do. i normally would have them in two strand twists. I now decide to stop with the twist outs. I live in the caribbean so its mostly hot.
Great video. THANK YOU for the suggestion not to stretch the top layer...genius! I always stretch it all and lose definition overall, so I really needed to hear that. Thanks again. Your hair came out beautiful!
Finally a braid out im happy with ! I used mielle organics leave in conditioner, manes choice braid out glaze,& mielle almond mint oil.. blow dried roots( saver) & I am finally confident with my hair 🥰
I'm just curious. How do you keep your hair from shrinking when it has product in it? Is it the products you use or do you do something specific? BTW your hair looks bomb and so do you ♥️ Oh I see. I should have waited for the end. Sorry !
I love this product it does great on my hair I used it in the spring and summer months. I use melanin hair products in the fall and winter because because the humidity is low.
Dye your hair jet black. 😍😍😍. At one point I dyed my hair red and later on it looked copper-ish color and I seen the damage of my hair and curls and it was looking trash 🗑 so I dyed my hair jet black and my hair was looking healthier then ever. 🙌🏾. I promise you red is a challenge to keep up with the color 🙄but you rock the red or gold either way color looks good on us.
Thank you Jess ❤️ you are awesome.. I love your energy and humor Girl as Soon as I get notification that you have uploaded.. I am tapping cause I know you have something fantastic for us!!! The People!! Love you!!

Yas!! I use plamers olive oil grease to seal, it's the only thing that actually seals my hair! I've tried EVERY oil and none worked, only the grease. I'm definitely seeing progress 😁👍🏽💓
Can I just say that this 24k twisting gel is the truth?? I finally got my hands on it and just...wow. I thought my hair was simply incapable of a defined twist-out but surprise!
