I know this was 6 years ago, but I wanted to say that you are loved and accepted no matter what religion you choose or don’t choose. God will always be there for you, even if you don’t think he is. He’s the only entity that WILL ALWAYS have your back, WILL ALWAYS love you no matter how bad you mess up, and he cares deeply for you! I hope all is well with you and your family. Much love from a random 15 year old who cares about you even though I don’t know you... because that’s what Jesus teaches me to do! ❤️
I was an agnostic until the age of forty years old. Then , in 2005, I began to trust and love the Lord Jesus Christ. I hope you come to that place, Callum, if not already there ❤️✝️🙏
honestly loving how a good amount of atheist are talking about how they like his music!! this, in my opinion, is how to spread the gospel to those who don't know jesus!! thank you!!!
Great job Dustin and band, love this tune, trying to get it on the set here in Jax, FL for one of these Sundays, May God bless you for future songs to come!
Robert, Who do you chose to worship? We all worship something. It's human nature. I hope you come to know the peace that comes from the unconditional love of our Savior Jesus Christ.
I'm relieved to see there are no arguments under this song unlike "It's Not Enough". I like Thrice and Dustin and I don't have any problem with this worship-style. Maybe because I'm deeply a god believer however not religious. I don't like religious music either because they are not good (I mean like Hillsong) but Dustin's worship-style I like!
Hi there. I'm a minister at a church in Hove in the south of England. Please can we use this video in our Sunday gathering this week? Preferably one with lyrics. It would really help. Many thanks. Rich.
David McCann Dustin Kensrue has been making Christian music for 10+ years. "Hip Christian retro look" didn't exist in 2002. He isn't reinventing the wheel here, just being himself.
What does being a Christian have to do anything with it? People in general have been falling into the trend of wearing vintage clothes. Myself included. That's just people for you man not Christians exclusively. lol
Man what happened to Dustin? As a Thrice fan from 2001, and a lover of his "Please come home" solo album, I can't help but shake my head. Don't get me wrong, it's great that he wants to spread his love for his god in a music medium, but it's just so..... uninspiring. Maybe it's because i'm not a believer but as soon as songs go "full" christain theme, they lose all emotion and honesty, it's like they are reading from the same crappy script so the music comes out so bleh. Just my opinion. I'll keep listening to Please come home.
It is strange you feel that way. Since I've heard this album I'm totaly impressed by it's sincerity and passion in all of the songs. And I like thrice too
In fairness, Thrice was a Christian band from day 1. They are my favorite band of all-time and while it's weird for me listening to praise music (I have no religion), I still love the music. Dustin is just that good.
I understand. In my opinion he is an artist and he is expressing his feelings and thoughts by music and lyrics. If Jesus is important in his life, he shows it in his lyrics. You are right he is that good. Best regards
I am an atheist, but an avid lover of thrice and anything this man touches, but I cannot deny this.. it's written amazingly

Awesome lil' tune - fun and bouncy and full of praise for Jesus! Now it's time to learn that bass line for this Sunday.

He was formerly the lead singer in Thrice
@callantaylor respect dude.
he is the singer from Thrice - Luke
Jesus, Jesus, JESUS!
how could we?!
He is. It is the same person :)
I 'LOLed' at the pianist sitting on a computer chair!
anything to be retro
How about ripping the front panel off the piano?
Truckee Web Design it was inevitable
Is the Piano player a relative of Dustin? He looks just like him.
Cause all bearded white guys look alike?
@@benjaminthancock I am a bearded white guy and I can assure I look nothing like either of them haha.
who else came here from searching something up?
your icon fits perfectly with this comment
Thrice thrice thrice..
And the singer for Thrice...Don't forget about Thrice
& the Modern Post
modern christian stereotypes...modern christian stereotypes everywhere. Catchy song though!
What? If by stereotypes, you mean beliefs.
i see this hip christian retro look they all have in a lot of modern churches
David McCann Get the impression you'd probably complain however they look...!

good point. I appreciate that comment. You know the dude is a really good guy, and this church is lucky to have him.

So he's lost all honesty by being out about his identity aye?...
Great song, all hail lucifer!
Oh wtf!? Get this out of my head! It hurts, so awful...ahhh!!
