This is a tutorial on how to get Beat Saber Song Request Manager (SRM) to work with UA-cam live streams.
Most people believe that song request manager only works on Twitch, but by using Streamer.bot you can get song requests on your UA-cam live stream!

I swear every time I need some specific streaming thing for UA-cam, you're always there with an elegant solution. Thanks a ton for making this tutorial!
I will say too that the Streamer Bot interface for websocket servers is slightly different from what's in the video. You have to use the Triggers section on the Action tab for the SRM-Connected and SRM-Message Actions. Other than that, this was super easy to set up, so thanks again!

is there a standalone option? I use a school managed chromebook that I signed into my personal gmail to live stream but because of that theres no way I could run windows files.
Nothing that I know of sorry. The only way I know to do it is through PCVR.

All of this is safe, right? I’m also running streamerbot on a vm for extra security.
What would not be safe about it or what would you be concerned about? It's only connecting locally on your computer.
Just having to download an exe file and authorizing it with my Google account. It seems fine though.
@@Snakebitepirateif you are talking about Streamer.bot, it only performs any actions you tell it to do completely under your control. It's similar to authorizing StreamLabs or StreamElements if you have ever done that, but it runs locally on your machine. 👍

Streamer.bot has changed a little since this video. Actions now have triggers so you will need to link the action to the correct trigger. I will work on updating the GitHub page with new instructions

Why do i not see the srm button
It could be that the mid didn't get installed correctly

i setup everything work EXCEPT for the actual !bsr command, i know its connected because when i click open/close queue the bot sends a message in chat, when i type in "!bsr 25f" in chat nothing happens
Did you make sure the command is "enabled"?
Yes its enabled doesn't work
I would suggest checking the action history. If you need more support you will probably have to reach out on Discord so that you can share screenshots and logs to figure out what the problem is
