Craig Nehring I wish it would be rebuilt, but the people who own it should have people who are not afraid of ghost and like the good scare own it. Correct me if I’m wrong. That Robert Lemont was a skeptic at first then once the ghost was revealed to him, he ran away. Arnold Hinshaw only let those ghost get into his head. If it were really demons they would attack physically. Not just scare. He was only frustrated and chose to play that organ.
Grahamcracker115 The people that own now are not afraid of ghosts. They bought it for that reason in 1986 . Robert Lamont abandoned the property in 1920s as he was scared to live there.
was there in 1988 moved to vilas county that year, locals were tired of police being called to the property been there 7or8 times after fire, truth is the vilas county sheriff and fire dept burned that property about 11am in the morn of june 19th i was musky fishing the lake later that day, very limited lightning that day... 2 paranormal experiances there. truly demonic, stay away from this place...
Of course the Land O' Lakes fire chief denied these accusations which is to be expected, you're not just going to admit to arson no matter how long ago it was especially if you're a freaking fire chief. Somebody is lying here, either the neighbor witness here on video or the fire chief. Which one would have more to lose by telling the truth? I think the latter.
Does the neighbors have ghost too what is it about summerwind that had the ghost if Jonathan Carver was looking for the deed in that land. Why don’t the other houses have the same experiences. Which clearly there is no deed in the house’s foundation.
The neighbors don't like to talk about the hauntings and maybe they have problems as both houses on each side of the mansion is for sale. The deed was already found it's in a museum in England. Jonathan carver never made it that far north as stated in his journal's. So the dream by Von Bober don't hold water
My favorite A Haunting episode!
I wish there were actual pictures of the house burning.
Grahamcracker115 there is on summerwind restoration society on Facebook

Now the people who own it only value the land only for money not for profit. Ghosts need a structure to live in too.

If that’s the case the only conclusion is the land is haunted not just the houses.
