    Great ! Great ! Great ! How heavy are your kettlebells ? Kiss from France !

      @redefiningstrengthOC  7 років тому

      Uhm those were what they had at the gym. For straight carries, I'd recommend heavier than the front loaded and probably the lightest will be needed for the bottoms up. Pick weights that challenge you but allow you to use proper form :-)

    Suggestions for number of sets per movement? Suggested time for each carry rep?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  4 роки тому

      I would only pick one or two to include in a workout. And depending on your goals probably use a distance or interval.

    Since some of the differences are so minor, like KB vs DB, or rack position vs goblet position, do the matter?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  7 років тому +1

      Actually those "minor" difference are actually not so minor. Goblet is bilateral vs racked is unilateral. Even if you do a double rack, each side is supporting its own weight. And depending on the move the type of equipment you use can be huge. So definitely consider those minor details when planning out your workouts. It could make all of the difference

    after I swung my back up swinging kettlebells this is what I going to do. I have very good form but I still threw my back out. this is what I will start doing.

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 років тому

      I would definitely ask you to have your form looked at. BUT even if it was correct LOOKING, it doesn't mean your recruitment patterns were correct. If you are using the wrong muscles to compensate just to make a move "look" right, you can create injury. Seems like you have some recruitment and even potentially mobility and stability issues to address.

      @@redefiningstrengthOC thanx for the get back I agree with your assesment
