The best/most popular segment irl is 2.2km and ends as soon as it flattens out (or the crosswalk from the car park to the cafe at the latest), compared to Zwift's which goes all the way to the monument around the corner. The real (most common) start is at the first 90 degree right hand turn also
I did it this morning, but I played the draft. I rode at 150w to the base of the climb so there were 500 people in front of me and then rode the climb at 325 for 19 minutes like an FTP test. It was 65% of the way up the hill before I ran out of riders to draft.

Great strategy! This climb is indeed very draftable in places :)
