I'm surprised you didn't enquire about the Beatrix Potter biscuit pot, they are very collectible all over the world.
On the open puzzles, count them. Pain in the butt but better than putting them together. Awesome haul!
Oh I wish I could find a sale like this. Sweet!
Can you just count the pieces to see that they are all there?
You actually can't. Except for very low count puzzles like 24 piece, 100 piece kid puzzles, almost all puzzles are not exactly the number on the box. It's more like to the nearest hundred.
You passed up so much valuable stuff lol
It's never too early for perogies!
Especially made from the scratch pierogi.
@GeminiThrifts The outside part of that yardsale looks similar to our Community Day. You're inspiration for my upcoming yard sale. Is it April yet?
Regarding missing puzzle pieces. If you put together a puzzle and it's missing pieces you contact the company let them know, take a picture of the puzzle you put together missing the pieces, send it to them, and they will mail you back free of charge the pieces you are missing. I have done this.
I know that comments on past videos do come to you. Just wanted to tell you that one day on our tiny farm in Vermont, a woman, her 7 year old child and a chicken came driving up to the houze. Could we please give the chicken a good home? It was an Easter chick that survived and was the child's pet. It was getting cold, they had no place for it... So, we took it, of course. If a child can love a chicken, cuddle it, and I won't write the rest. You can think it.
Do you not pick up uranium/vaseline glass? They're pretty collectible....
Please slow down while scanning tables etc.. It's frustrating and even makes me nauseated. Thank you.
Great haul Tina , love the Wizard of Oz nutcrackers 👍🌷
Thanks, Anita! I was just watching one of your Jewelry hauls...that's funny!
So do you sell a huge variety of things in your eBay shop? How do you learn what sells well? Do you ever talk about how much you make a month on average? I enjoy watching your videos.
You got some pretty cool stuff. I just don’t like selling big stuff. But, great finds.
Thank you so much for sharing your yard sale adventure. How dare those neighbors mow and weed whack while you’re giving a presentation!😂I wanted so much stuff, I would have had to rent a u-Haul!❤️
Where are you located?
How often do you take your mother thrifting with you? That’s so nice. I wish my daughter would spend some time with me.
jeez lady, do you think you could stuff still instead of waving them around?
We can hear you just fine no problem!
In bulk jewelry like that there can often be sterling silver chains. Could be a gold one once in a while. I find sterling pendants and chains can be bought much more cheaply separately and then put together later to sell for a profit. Also similar groups of jewelry items (same family) usually sell well. Victorian or modern, etc...
Tina honestly I can barely hear the mower , and your coming across very clearly. 😁
Those flat cranberry spoons are so awesome. I screamed OMG when I saw you reach for them. My MIL has one that we use every thanksgiving but I’ve never seen one in the wild. They had some great glasses too.
Lots of great finds.
Thanks for sharing 💜
so pretty
my heart is skipping beats, perusing with you. i love me some yard sales!
Me too, I love them! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video, I would have grabbed the bugs bunny glass and the white dishware and cups with the golden butterflies (I think that is what I saw) Keep up the hunt.
The wizard of oz dolls are so cute
You seem like a fun person to hang out with and go to sales! Don’t pass up vintage cabinet knobs.
Great buys. Bits and pieces is a catalog that sell puzzles and other things.
Tina I really could have used some of those larger serving spoons 🥄 lol.
LOL, That's what happens when you live in the burbs! 😁👍glad I moved to the countryside 🏡 🐎 🚜
What a lovely day....sun shining, kids calling, friendly people out walking and enjoying the day...and garage sale finds!
It was a perfect day! 😊
Gorgeous chair! Love Wizard of Oz things.
You could count the puzzle pieces much faster than putting them together.
ThatsSassy it’s one of those that says over 500 pieces so I don’t know the exact amount
How do you decide ebay or etsy for a certain product?
Thanks for sharing! ‘That darn weed whacker’! 🤣
I love how you say “holy moly”....one of my favorites.
The weedwhacker wasn't that distracting.
💜💜
VIDEOGAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!
I loved the green glass bowls☘🐾
Why did you pass up so much cute stuff?
👍👍👍
Hi! Wow what a great haul .
Question, why di you have to put the puzzle together to make sure its all there? Why not.just count the pieces to make sure they are.all there.
Thanks Esther.
I was just wondering.
It's one of those that says over 500 pieces so it doesn't give an exact amount unfortunately
@@GeminiThrifts That. Sucks. Ugh.
What great sales
I like your videos, but I wish you would mention how much you think you’re going to list item at. That, I think, would be very helpful for other resellers like yourself, that are just starting out. Thank you!!
3:45 Those vintage McDonalds Garfield glasses would fetch $20 for the lot. Worth the resell if you can grab them at a good price.
Hello Tina
That home made ice.......it’s called raspado, and you can put any syrup on top and fruit pieces it’s really nice when is really hot
I wonder why someone would have so many not opened puzzles lol you should make a nice profit from them! Town Wide sales are my favorite! I have my first one of the season this weekend!
They said they used to have puzzle competitions on vacation. I guess they never got around to all of them lol. Good luck this weekend!
Is it canada
Count the pieces of the 2 puzzles in your dining room. That at least will tell you if they have lost any pieces.
dear Tina my i ask one question? ONe too many watchers NO offers NO sellers with Love CA friend
Can you please put an approximate on what you expect to make? Also where do you sell, because I wanted to buy those dolls.
I have never seen a group sale at a church like this or a neighborhood so organized and selling thrift items. The ones I have seen are tiny, even the neighborhood sales are mostly cul-de-sacs not streets. Jealous I am. lol
Thank you so much for filming during your shopping so that you could share it with us. I know how hard that is because I just started putting some videos on my channel and I was really surprised by how difficult it actually was. You did a great job. The shop with me videos are my favorites. TFS. ~Pamela
Yes, it can be challenging for sure!
A tri pod and a ladder, I am just as high tech! Love it. You said you are in NE PA. I am from Scranton. I have really enjoyed watching your videos. I am learning a lot from you, thank you. Joanne
Oh that's about an hour or so from me! Thanks for watching!
Hi. I think that you needed a cart for this sale! I am itching to reach my hands through the screen and start rifling through the jewelry!! I LOVE the tea cup puzzle. Are the Native American pins sterling?
No, they don't appear to be sterling they look like an enameled metal.
The weedwacker is not so loud on our side. Just count the pieces in the puzzle!!
Cool that they have food vendors!
Yeah they go all out for this sale, it's like a big event
There's a neighborhood sale near me that has 100+ sales and they, too, have food vending. What they don't have are public restrooms or port-a-potties. I will spend the whole day there but have to leave to go pee. I mentioned it to a few places last year....that would be a nice change. I could wear depends, I suppose, lol.
Just count the pieces of you open puzzles, if the numbers jive Bobs your uncle.
Wow wish we had yard sales like that where I live. Whatever works for you..lol
I am originally from NE PA...Gouldsboro off of 380. Married to an active duty Marine so we live all over now. I just knew u were from my area though, just the way you talk. always nice to "meet" someone from home. You have just made my day. Thank you!
You’re welcome 😊 thanks for watching!
Really enjoy going garage sailing with u. I love seeing all the items people sell from around the country. These garage sales that u just went to seemed extremely great. Iowa garage sales are ok but don't seem as good as where u are at. Julie
Love the old milk jugs. My grandpa was a milk man.
Which we did hard sales in the UK
Wish not which
Does anyone know how much the video games were a piece ? 😂
wow, very nice your lucky to fine all that stuf tfs
You need a house like Taco. Those yard sales reminded me of the Mile Long yard sale here. Some places sale food
Yes, he has neighbors, but not too close!
Where is there a mile long yard sale?! If it's not too far I need to go!! 😂
@@ashleyillustrated Hagerstown, Maryland. Where are you from?
Timothy Miller aw dang, I got so excited, that sounds like a blast! ❤️ I'm in Chicagoland 💔 You'd think we have more cool stuff like that here but we really don't.
@@ashleyillustrated it started as a mile long on one road. Now it is almost whole North end of town
the syroco things are cool....I worked at syroco for a temp agency for awhile...they pronounce it Syr Oh co...Syr is for Syracuse
Thank you 😊
Desigual is a clothing chain you find in Spain.
With the puzzle let a friend borrow them to put together.
Hi Tina! Fun video! You just popped up on my recommended. I also live to thrift! 😍 love the video & subbed!
Awesome! I'll be checking out your channel too! Do you resell or just shop for fun?
GeminiThrifts aw, thanks for replying!! Made my day! 🤗 Right now I'm just hoarding and collecting (been going at it since I was a teen😂) but would eventually like to get into reselling. I'd eventually love to own an antique mall but that's yearsss away. I still have a lot of things to learn. 😅
Hello am new too your channel I love going too garage sales shopping those are my stores
Where is this sale at
That mower and weed wacker is bothering you more than me. The lovely sounds of spring and summer.
I do love Spring and Summer! I just wanted everyone to be able to hear me 😊Thanks for watching, Brenda!
I . Would like the teacup puzzle
I loved video like this. Keep it up with good quality content.
FLipSide thanks, I appreciate it 😊
Get the patriotic ones!
Do you know about the backlight jewelry I think that's what its called? plastic
Bakelite
Hi there! My favorite find was the Desigual dress. That brand definitely sells fast!
YES! I don't find it often, but love when I do!
That glasses is sooooo cuteeee🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
,
LOVE THE WALL PLACKS. HAVE A BLESSED WEEK.
Do you ever go to auctions? We have a lot of auctions around here. And online auctions too.
I used to, but haven't in a while
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see you like puzzles
Cool, unusual tree plaques Tina. Glenda from Australia ⭐️🌟✨
Thanks, Glenda!
Score!!! On the felt kit great find!!!
Thanks, Tonya!
Liztec will grow in value now that they closed.
Carla V-S I didn’t know that they had closed, when did that happen?
They closed in East Stroudsburg I think in 2017 after 30 plus years. They had a long run.
@@carlav-s8067 Yes they sure did. I remember they had some sales advertised across from the KFC a couple of years ago, but didn't realize they were closing sales! I should have gone!
Can't you just count the puzzle pieces?
Lynda Painter it’s one of those that says over 500 pieces so I don’t know the exact amount
@@GeminiThrifts Rats, that's a pain. I run out patience with puzzles after about 50 pieces lol.
But you can put the puzzle together and if you're missing any pieces take a picture of the puzzle you put together missing the pieces and you contact the puzzle company. Send them the photo and they will send you back the pieces that you need that are missing at no charge
🐓🐓🐔🐔lol. The Bits and Pieces puzzles are a mail order catalog. You need to move to the country.
I thought they were something like that. And where I'm at is country enough for me! lol
@@GeminiThrifts so then how are you going to get away from the neighbors?
I sold 2 puzzles a couple of months ago on Offerup. One for $4 and one for $10. They were open. I didn't put together. Sold within a day or 2 of listing. The $10 one is over $60 new. I bought them in a box lot of puzzles for probably less than$2
@@timothymiller4217 Good point...I clearly need to put more thought into this 😂
@@timothymiller4217 Oh wow that's pretty cool, those are decent prices for a local flip and for being open.
"Oh Jesus, with the weed wacker, again!" LOL! He parted the Red Sea, but he uses a weed wacker for the lawn. Perhaps he lost his magical powers. Probably a nice neighbor though. Really great haul and I don't mind Jesus using his weed wacker. Could barely hear it.
Thumbs up for the good weather!! That jewelry table was interesting. Everything was so nicely packaged...but you really have no idea what you’re picking up lol
Love how you make yourself laugh...makes me giggle🤓
I've always been able to entertain myself 😂
Me too...I think that’s why I giggle!
Enjoying your videos. What resources do you use to find sales and rummages? I have been looking at different online options and just can't seem to find listings. I am also in northeastern pa and not having much luck finding the listings online with garage sales or yardsale.net and other sites like that.
Local papers and craigslist 😊
