Hi Amanda, I have so much to say!
First, I love what you mentioned about being more playful and creating a "less classy feminine" vibe with the Mary Janes. I resonate with that a lot because I also struggle with styling them. In fact, I parted ways with mine a while ago because they felt too classy and feminine for my style.
That said, I completely understand your perspective, and the outfits you’ve put together still feel feminine, but with your unique twist on classic style. For example, the trench in suede-such a brilliant idea! Incorporating texture adds a playful touch to such an iconic and classic piece. On that note, how do you maintain the suede trench in Nordic weather? Living in the Netherlands, we likely have similar weather, and I’d be worried about damaging suede in the rain.
Speaking of that same outfit, where is your scarf from? That burgundy/wine color is stunning, and I'm obsessed!
Now, onto the second outfit-I loved the Parisian vibe, and the colors suit you so well! The combination of iced vintage blue and cool-toned burgundy is perfect. How did you find the fit of the wide-leg jeans? I ordered a pair of vintage blue corduroy ones to try, and I got them in my regular size. They look more medium-rise than high-waisted-am I right? If so, my regular size should work, which is a relief!
Also, how do you style clutches? I have a Celine one from the Phoebe Philo era just sitting in my closet because I’m not sure how to incorporate it into my outfits-what a shame!
One more suggestion-could you do a video on how you style the Betty cardigan? I’ve tried it many times but always end up returning it because I’m unsure how it works on my frame. It looks so gorgeous on you, and since we have similar body types, I’d love to see your outfits with it.

Love a long comment, means so much!! So yes, I think that was why I was hesitant on bringing them in, but I was obsessed with the idea of a red mary-jane and had to try!
Love a suede trench, honestly I just check the weather conditions and bring an umbrella if it's looking slightly grey 😆 but i've had raindrops come on them both and they've been fine, I find that suede can tolerate some light rain quite fine!
It's an old scarf from Gina Tricot, they don't have it anymore sorry ☺️ OMG LOOOOVE THE CORDROY BLUE!! At the start they fit me perfectly in my regular size but now they're really big on the waist (but i've lost some weight too). I hope they fit you cause they are so lovely haha, wanted to get those too! 😍
Oooh about clutches, I'll have to think about that. I only style it for dinner or party where I can leave it! I just don't find clutches practical for day to day use 😅
