Tips:
-As soon as he lifts cars, jump and home attack
-Try to save your boost for the 2D sections, boost 2 seconds longer than you think you should and then jump for the homing attack
-Boost quickly when he drops the meteor car pile, as it's really easy to him early, if you think you're close enough, jump and try.

Silver's telekinesis sure is handy. Heck in original battle, he is like your worst nightmare. Once being captured by his power, GG. Look at this dude who also uses Psycho Cutter in Pokemon lel. ZOMG that meteor smash... than he got himself flattened by it....
