Dickheads doing 96 in the right hand lane of the freeway and not overtaking other traffic is a major annoyance to all those stuck behind. I’m not condoning what the Audi driver did, but had the driver of the DC car been following the rules (Keep Left Unless Overtaking) then the Audi driver wouldn’t have been tempted to do what he/she did. Keep Left Unless Overtaking isn’t a request, it’s the law!

The L plater did nothing wrong, its a two land road? they turned into the correct lanes so dont see what the issue is, i see this lots people changing lanes when making turns which is not what you are supposed to do.
The L had to give way to LEFT TURNING traffic. When a SINGLE left turning lane turns into a MULTI-LANE road, the LEFT turning driver has the right to CHOOSE which lane to turn into. That is by LAW, the L plater has no way of knowing which lane the left turning traffic will turn into and thus is required by LAW to give way.
Seriouysly wonder what gets taught to learner drivers. Several years ago, an instructor in the town I was in taught his students that it is ok to parallel park on the wrong side of the road facing oncoming traffic. I don't know in which world that is legal.
7:50 that was not a brake check against the DC driver, that car was just stupid and over accelerated before they wanted to turn. They're like "oh shit someone is coming pull out FAST!" then "oh shit I have to turn here brake hard!". All in all they were just a terrible driver and did multiple stupid things like not giving way, over accelerating and then over braking.
