    Thank you, very encouraging. keep on shinning i think its time to change the mindset of the youth by encouraging them about this magnificent program, iam currently doing my inservice training chemical engineering looking forward to go for higher studies eg, masters. how would you advice me on that one?

    Hey I'm just about to start my final year of my chemical engineering degree ...any chance you could make a vidoe on do's and don't of a design project? What you did well areas that could have been better ..the whole works
    .it would be so much help!!! :)

      Hey Abi Ola! I think the most important thing for the design project is to start early! The biggest problem I had was lead-time of parts we ordered. And because everything came in last minute, it worked out that we had to rush the project and it wasn't as good as it could've been. I think something that could help with this is better communication with your team. Maybe try to go out for a beer with the team so that everyone feels comfortable with eachother, that way if there are any problems, everyone will feel comfortable bringing it up to the group! Hope this was helpful:)

    I'm going to start studying Chemical Engineering very soon but i still can't help the thought of doing medicine instead. However, if i decide to do medicine i'd have to take a year out to apply. I don't know. Initially i was somewhat excited about doing Chemical Engineering but now that i'm about to start it in a matter of weeks i'm having second thoughts. I think it's just me being paranoid/nervous. This is a big commitment and it will shape my career. That really scares me lol.

      Hey! Thanks for replying and sorry for the late reply. I did do what you suggested and i feel like it has made me feel a lot more secure and confident about doing Chemical Engineering over medicine. However, I've also noticed that apparentley there's a shortage of jobs for Chemical Engineering graduates; particularly in the USA region. Idk, i just want to feel 100% guaranteed to have a decent job after i finish university. How would you say your job pays? You don't have to say how much you exactly earn as it is a really personal question but would you say you earn above average?. The university which i am going to be studying at has really good links with the industry and apparantley the graduate salary and employment rates are very high for the UK (I live in the UK btw) so i guess i shouldn't worry too much as long as i work hard and take the initiative to network.
      I do find Chemical Engineering interesting but at the same time i want to get paid at the end of the day lol.

    Hello, I am a junior in highschool and I am interested in chemical engineering. Could you make a video on what exactly ChemE's do, and why you chose to go this route.

    Was is it easy, I know that sounds very bland. I'm in high school and I enjoy chemistry, but idk if I want to go forward with it because idk if it's difficult and challenging.

      Enem's Engineering Envelop 1 thank you so much, you have really given me a lot to think about.. One more thing, we already have technology as a subject and i do struggle with the technical drawings we do so i dont want to take egd if im going to struggle with it and its going to bring my over all marks down. Would you still recommend me taking egd if i already struggle with it? And how often/ much do you use the drawing skills? And what subjects did you take in high school? Sorry if i am annoying you with all these questions..

    Hi im in year (grade)10 and looking forward to do chemical engineering can u help me is it hard and should i be revising for chemical engineering so i will be good at uni

    • @martinr7728
      @martinr7728 7 років тому

      A word of advice... you're still just in grade 10, just make sure you work hard in all of your subjects as you might change your mind by the time you reach your final year of school. For example, back in grade 10 I was looking to be doing astronomy or audio engineering, but here I am now applying for chemistry/chemical engineering :)
