Correct. The rubber vacuum gasket at the bottom is not working. Hence to put the scrapper in working condition three hands are required (one to hold the coconut another to rotate the handle and the third to apply force from top to keep the whole apparatus in stationery mode. A waste product.

Hmmm.... It's not convincing is it? I wanted a way of extracting the meat without the brown on the outside. This doesn't look up to the task, for me. I think the best method I've seen, so far, is a small pointy knife to remove the meat and a peeler to take off the brown bits. Nothing against the video, though. That is sufficient, I think.
