I can't help feeling like she knew exactly what was going to happen and this was part of her plan for whatever reason. I don't think it's logical to think she didn't know what his reaction would be. Thanks for your input!
I tend to agree with you. There may have been a reason for filing that motion for leave because it does seem illogical that she would not know that the judge would deny it.
@ interesting. Thank you for letting me know you agree. Everyone is attacking her like she’s stupid but I know there’s a reason behind every move each side makes. Anne seems to have a plan. We’ll just have to sit back and watch. It will continue getting more interesting, no doubt!
@@butchstrey6776 I don't think it was about any kind of giving up. It felt more like she was trying to get him to rule that way to set some sort of precedent for whatever it is she has planned. She didn't have to file that motion to give up anything.
He just ran for re-election so I don't think he is going anywhere. The state recently changed its budgeting & billing practice. Now everything goes through the state instead of each county. The judge honored his request in allowing Jeff Nye & any other needed staff from from the state AG office to assist. Jeff & Ingred from the AG office have been assisting with the case for over a year. Just a technicality to insure the proper paperwork is done & they keep getting paid .
I wish that idiot Judge John held the State to deadlines. But two wrongs don’t make a right, so I see what you’re saying and begrudgingly agree. Lol TY
One thing l noticed was when she mentioned not getting the discovery before the deadline but said she's not goingvto argue that now. It should be interesting when she DOES argue that point. I also wonder if BT is getting ready to bail out and retire. I think he may have finally realized he is in over his head. He filed a motion to add more help from the state AG office.
It's about time a Judge put his foot down and told the defence team no. It reminds me of the tactics used by James Owens the Defence attorney in the Sarah Boone trial.
Anne Tayler is use to being able to push over Judge Judge. I think her tactic up until now has been to delay delay delay. The new judge is not going to let delays happen unless there is a valid reason. He wants this case to move forward and will do what he can to keep it moving. Moving the case to Boise has consequences for the defense. Having a no nonsense judge is one of those consequences. Bryan is also facing consequences by being moved to a bigger jail. He is more isolated now. He may not be allowed to wear civilian clothes to pre trial hearings due to security.

@Heather4_B-SIN Sometimes you have to give up a battle to win the war.

He denied everything. This is a unique case. Needs extra eyes😮😮😮
Thanks Yolie! Good to see you!
Thanks, Yolie!🤗
@@tcotime Hi Rosee!!
The death penalty is no longer acceptable in our day and time. We can protect society without killing another person.
Don’t get mad at me simple question how would you propose that ?
Thank you Yolie. I always like your insights and opinions. You’re super smart. 🇨🇦❤️👍🏼

Thanks, Yolie. I was hoping you'd get a chance to cover the new docs.
