I never plan out what I'm going to diamond paint. That's why I like events. They help me choose what to do when I can't make up my mind.

I had my kits scheduled through the end of March and then ran out of drills on the current kit. Due to Chinese New Year the replacements won’t ship til
Feb 17 and who knows how long it will be before they are sitting in my mailbox? So I kitted up two more kits on the fly that weren’t even on my radar, to tide me over. And I’m having a blast with both of them! Ya gotta roll with the changes and enjoy the journey. 😂

I have that Goofy watch too. I loved sitting in meetings and the person next to me wanted to know what time it was. I’d lift my wrist for them to see the Watch they’d nod a thank you. And then they’d get that quizzical look on their face when they couldn’t reconcile what the watch hands said was the time with what the actual time had to be. I loved that watch.

I LOVE critical role! I mostly watch them while I DP and even at work (because I'm my own boss haha).
When you've said "actual play" I was on the tip of the sofa waiting to war the rest 😅😊
Most of the time when I have a ComicCon planned I try to got a good plan of the 2 weeks before it, like what I need to restock, new designs ect... It fails 90% of the time because of my actual costumer base who always have bog orders right before I go toy ComicCon and they're not even in that sphere of my job! Most of my regular clients are printing cies and one is a firefighter truck builder. 😅
@@Stef_T-G I watch a lot of actual play - CR, Dimension 20, Natural 6, and High Rollers are my go-tos. I also have several podcasts I listen to - NADDPOD and Worlds Beyond Number right now. Glad to meet another Critter!!

The time I put aside the Diamond painting I was working on when I kitted up an adorable Doxie puppy. Love Dashshunds, they are my favorite breed of dog.

Yes doing this right now. Trying to finish my Christmas kit "Christmas Lane" but stopped today to do my DAC February calendar kit...helps to take a little break.

You sounded a bit more uplifted today. I hope you are feeling a little better. When I cross stitched, I used to take a break from my huge kit by doing a smallish one. It is a good mental break from what can be overwhelming (I totally felt it when you talked about last year's JWall). You saw my FB posts about my leopard diamond Dotz piece. My first square. It's good to know that the drills are taller - they're actually making my pinky finger hurt. I'm getting a bit of half shaped drills, plastic waste, and tags in this kit. Have fun with your Disney kit! It sounds like a nice little win that your heart needs right now.

Oh, I've definitely moodread entire series instead of sticking to my planned reads. No regrets. I've also played random games a couple of times just because I could and picked up entirely different jigsaw puzzles than I planned. Ones that might've been seasonal for a season half a year off (especially with books. I once read a Christmas romance in the summer).

Hey, Daphne, thanks for the info about drills from the Diamond Dotz family being higher! I've never tried to mix them with others but was thinking about doing so with my current WIP because those drills are so easy to buy! You saved me some heartache, I'm sure!!!😊
@@sylviakanel9766 They are great drills, but they are a teeny bit taller than others. However, I have used them mixed in with other drills and all the kits turned out great. It just feels a bit weird to run your hand over the drills, because you can feel the taller ones. Thanks for watching!!

I am working on a diamond Dotz snoopy right now. I love a fast one in between the large diamond art club ones. I really like diamond Dotz drills, hardly any garbage ones and they rarely have static for me. Have fun doing it!

I plan which canvases I want to do in what order and if I finish early I pick a random (according to mood and time) small one to do in between.

Hi, I was watching your video. Glad I found you. I was wondering if you can explain how you scanned the numbers and the size you printed it out I do have a Ziron so that would not be a problem putting it through just the scan and the size of The numbers to put on the bottles and also where you got the little containers thank you

What is your favorite tacky to place the dots. I seem to be struggling with that part of it.
@ I use glue dots in my single placer and Quakehold Museum Putty in my multiplacers.
@ I bought mine from Amazon - just search for 28 grid containers.

What, in your opinion, is the best tray for drills? I purchased one recently and the drill just don't slide nicely. Thanks!
@@bethgaither1214 My go-to trays are from two places - CatProofTrays on Etsy and Bella Art de Nicole trays - the 2.0 version. I like trays with no spout, but that allow me to pour drills easily. Thanks for watching!!

what is rong with the watch is it just stopt working or requires new battery omg 8 hours kingkong was like 3 i coudnt have the patience to watch 8 hours evan on breacks lol lol yes i have scrapt things before like il kit up and then want to start a new one lol
@@diamondpaintingwithmike The watch still works, but I’ve discovered that I am somehow a battery killer. If I put in a new battery, and then wear the watch, the battery is dead within a day. Happens every time. So now it just lives in my jewelry box! Thanks for watching!!
@DiamondPaintingAnonymous I've noticed some people have a problem with watches if they were it the hands will go backwords it's like a electrical issue between body and the way it's veryy strange but seems like u may have same problem
