Morissette was a phenom that I had no idea about until you all suggested her to me. This was an amazing discovery and one of quite a few performances we would tackle of Morissette!

Mori is simply the best in the world.
By stumbling across this performance after watching a Sohyang video I have gone on a 3 year ride with her including finally seeing her in person this past November. Best singer today for sure and she is in my top 3 all-time now . Fame isn’t everything Mylie would never stand on stage with Mori and do a back and forth because she can’t. Keep your fame I’ll listen to Morissette on any platform sing any style and I have never been disappointed.

Morisette has great American English diction because she’s a regular English speaker. The Philippines is an English-speaking country and many countries in Asia come to our universities to learn English.

Currently, l just check, original MV have captured 120M views. If Mori version didn't get deleted multiple times is has 350M views already.

Yes a number of producers have tried to land her, but she isn't going to surrender 75% to make others wealthy and she does all the work. She and husband Dave Lamar invested in themselves with a small team and created UnderdogMusic PH. and record new content under that label. Her Agency is NYMA Management and she has charted on Billboard in the US and around the world.

If Mori wants to be a world star then she would have to live in the USA, so selling her sole what she will not do, Mori loves her family and friends and giving up on that does not come in question, Mori has a good life in the Philippinens but it's a shame, but still hoping to see and hear Mori live on stage with great songs and that beautiful smile and voice, now to UA-cam, what do they think they are doing, I know there has to be rules but they should follow them too, and not change them when they want, it's no wounder people are going to other sites.

Asia's Phoenix is well known is Asia. She has done concerts in the U.S. I just heard of Morissette a month ago and have been playing catch-up. Another great song which she co-wrote with her now husband "Love You Still" (about her estranged relationship with her dad) - is heart-wrenching and sung with deep emotion especially the Sunset Version.
I remember when I went to a pisonet and clicked on youtube. This video of hers suddenly popped up in the recommendation part and boy! was I inlove when I started clicking and listening to her. I couldn't remember how many times I got to play this but what I was certain was me getting chills over and over.. She's so good❤
Is it really a big deal to make a breakthrough in the U.S. music industry? A lot of artists from the Philippines could sing way better than most of these American “singers”. Yes, they may not be as popular, but Filipinos all over the world, not just in the Philippines, fully support their talent by always filling up the concert venues wherever (whichever country) they perform.
