Ingredients:
- 2 cups black-eyed peas, after washed (soaked overnight or 3 hours)
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 1-5 scotch bonnet pepper 🌶️ (depending on preferred spice level)
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
- chopped spring onions
- Onion 🧅 to be blended with the beans
- Red Bay Pepper 🫑
- Vegetable oil for frying
Note: These delicious 😋 beans cake can be eaten with bread 🍞, pap etc.
