    1 can Ackee (15 ounces)
    1 pound salted codfish (bone-In or bone-less)
    3-4 tablespoon raw coconut oil (for Ackee & salt-fish)
    1/2 medium-sized yellow onion, diced.
    1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
    1 fresh garlic cloves, minced.
    1 cup mixed bell peppers, diced.
    1 medium tomato, diced.
    1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (5-6 sprigs)
    Fresh black pepper to taste
    2 1\4 cups vegetable oil for frying
    3-4 green plantains

    Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
    Ingredients
    2.5 lbs Pork Shoulder (sliced up or cut up into medium pieces)
    1 small heapful Custom Seasoning Blend • CARIBBEAN SEASONING BLEND
    1/4 cup Wet Jerk Seasoning
    2 tbsps Dry Jerk Seasoning (Optional)
    3 tbsps All Purpose Seasoning
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    12 Cloves
    12 Pimento Seeds (Crushed)
    1/2 cup Red Stripe Beer or any beer of your choice

    Great job!👍 However, I'd add a pinch of salt to the oil when the plantain is being fried instead of sprinkling it on the finished product.I'm going to try it.
