Dear sir, But still how proton is pumped??? Why is it only in only one direction which is from matrix to intra membrane spacing. What is that energy or that force vector which guide the proton???

As far as I get it ; protons are pumped from the mitochondrial matrix to the mitochondrial inter membrane space UPGRADIENTLY through complexes I , III & IV .
The energy produced through the electron transport chain causes conformational changes in the complexes to allow the passage of protons outwards UPGRADIENTLY .
