Yes on the first ambulance is a chinese siren

Yes it's CJB siren, this type of siren was largely use to equip first the new INEM Ambulances (VW LT35) in 2004, since then the siren due to its low cost was one of the most popular choices to equip ambulances for those emergency services with low budget, other emergency services with bigger budget equip their ambulances with Spanish VAMA (Federal signal) AS-320 and AS-380, currently many services are using Whelen sirens, but off course, more expensive.
