How many 15/20A circuits for an 8-box hang with the 20s and 30s?
yourfirekiller we do 4 cabinets per 20amp circuit and it works well for us even pushing the system hard. The 20’s have a 6.3A fuse so we used that to do some basic figures. You can play it safe with less cabinets but probably not necessary unless you run near peak continuously.

Fantastic. what can you tell me about the hdl30 working for several hours? I have never had any problems with the hdl20 but it is a heavier case in terms of materials. However, I don't understand the difference in power for having only 2 dB more. hdl20 is 135db 700w I think. hdl30 seems like 1200 to me for 137db
30's definetly sound harsher in this, always tough to really compare after going through a microphone, uploaded to youtube, and then piped into my headphones though. Its been about 5 years, what are you guys using now? I'm about to make a massive upgrade to my ancient SRM450's

You definitely need to tune the 30’s with rdnet to get them to sound great. When you do though it is great.
any advice for a 14-year-old leaving school to start a small business doing sound tech stuff and mobile disco and then build to something like this. I do own a mobile disco business at the moment which is going well so far.

Song No.2 you can clearly hear that on HDL 20a there is more instruments .. HDL 30 is muddy .. dirty sound .. much clearer sound is on
HDL 20a .. HDL 30 is stronger .. but dirtier !

danny michael custodio villegas we did a video of the HDL 6 vs the tt31 and the difference was very impressive. The tt31’s had a much more accurate high and mid tone than the hdl6.
@@sweettreeproductions2149 si es correcto el TTL tiene mucho mejor calidad de sonido escuche el vídeo y creo que ttl tenía una mejor resonancia similar a un salón definitivamente yo compraría el TTL... pero hay un detalle la estructura de construcción es diferente ... yo quería la prueba del HDL 50 y el TTL 55 que tiene la misma estructura ... si es posible ...

The 30’s give you more output and more control with less weight but do cost more. Right out of the box the 20’s are easier to use and are cheaper but do not have firphase.

Can you really tell the difference between a well Eq’d HDL20 and well tuned HDL30s? Or both systems are awesome because they’re both all original RCF Italian driver goodness? ❤😂 Just timing of the purchase and model preference at this point? Cant beat that all original RCF sound, there’s no bad sounding RCF box if you think about it? 😅

for me RCF HDL series is a kind of Scrap. Neither hdl 20 nor hdl 50 sounds good. I preffer TW Audio Vera 10
