Listened to this song 3 times driving through the NE woods today. Broke my heart when Mess Age came out, but Al is so f**cking great, and the Q kept on rocking anyway. Happy ending.
NRBQ. Greatest live band ever. Happy I was able to see Al, Terry, Joey, and Tommy at least 4 times. JOHNNY took over for Al during the Message for the Mess Age tour. Saw that line up another dozen more times. Finally saw the newest line up and am warming to them. Terry is the straw that stirs this huge highball.
It can NEVER be true NRBQ without Joey Spampinato, Tom Ardolino, and BIG AL Anderson. Terry should have done the right thing and retired the band name. Unfortunately, he was not morally capable of that.
thanks for the effort to capture this gem with you phone..sounds pretty good considering - one of my favorite Q tunes; so glad i got to hear al sing it in 2014
Great to see these guys playing together: Big Al and the Shinolas: Jim Chapdelaine on guitar, Lorne Entress on drums, Paul Kochansky on bass. Can't tell for sure, but it's likely Ed Iarusso was there on pedal steel. Great guys, GREAT band!
HOLY CRAP he sounds great. There are 3 times in my life when I had to pull the car over. 1. when the death of Elvis Presley was announced. 2. when ZLX first played a Brad Delp/Barry Goudreau song called What You Leave Behind and 3. when the radio first played A Little Bit of Bad.
I was at that show, So cool that he comes "home" every holiday season.
Me too!

I just wonder if Al knew that this was being made. He is really a very smooth guy . Had a chance meeting had a beer with Him.
I was there - it was GREAT!

Terry is NRBQ, that's the fact. See him while you can. Love Al and Joey a ton and miss Tommy but Terry is the genius in the group.
Al and Terry are the best ever - both :)
I love the classic lineup, but there's nothing wrong with the new Q, that's for sure.

It’s up to the individual to decide what they want to think of real NRBQ, and I’d like to think NRBQ is NRBQ lol.

Recorded as gracefully as possible using Windows Phone. Enjoy!
+Scott B. Barnett - darn nicely stable
Nice job Scott, thanks. Man this song needs Terry.
an Al Anderson classic, yes,
Love that song. I love to see him here in NY.

Nice hob with the phone! Al sounds and looks good. I wish he woulda played a little lead on it but hey.
What's the name of the song?
A little bit of bad (sounds good to me). On Message for the mess age
+J. Paul Lukasiewicz Thanks!
Big Al no play no lead solo🤷♀️
Damn . . . No direct audio feed . . . just acoustic off the PA. Boo.
